JONATHAN KThe only thing to change is that the phone number on the after hours drop-off sheet provided by U-Haul was not correct. The name and number of the owner was clearly posted over the door of the drop-off location so we called, and he was very friendly and helpful. We will use this location again. Merci!
Brigid SGreat customer service! the owner contacted us via phone to discuss pick up time (we scheduled on the holiday). He kept in contact with us the day before as well since the Uhaul headquarters was trying to divert us to a different location. The owner went out of his way to help us get what we needed for our move!
JOHN WMake sure the truck that is reserved is available at pick up time or call ahead of time to change. We arrived on time for pick up and our 26'ft truck was not there, we were sent to another location that only had a 20ft truck this took 2 hours and we were late for the movers we hired and was charged for their time for just sitting there waiting on us. We took the 20ft truck and had to make 3,5 trips instead of 2 and since we were late starting our hired help was unable to help us completely unload the truck. We are not happy at all with the Mont Eagle, TN or the Cowan, TN Uhaul locations. The Cowan, TN location would not allow us to return the truck near our home but we had to drive it back to that location to return. Not professional at all.
BENJAMIN DWell for 1 I still didn't get a recipe for the charges it looks like he going to charge me the extra 20for checking the truck in after I dropped it off when he could've just checked it in when I was their.so I would like a reimbursement of that 20 if that's what happen.
