Great customer service! Very helpful
Candice CI ordered one dolly and was charged for two. The location I picked up says they didn't carry any equipment at all. Then was told to get key from box E when all boxes were labeled 1-5. Wasted a lot of time.

Jeanette BCalled the number to figure out pick up was send a message that said I'll call you back 20 minutes later no call back. Keys were not where they were supposed to be to locate them. Van was dirty and customer service was terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Brandi NI first rented, on line, from a small gas station with 2 trailers. It was a mistake to go forwrd with him. I found 3617 N. Main Street and She was great with setting me up with a trailer for a local rental. I reccomed her to everone!

JARRELL MI ordered and paid for a furniture dolly and the blankets, and I got a call the day I was supposed to pick it up saying they didn't have those items and suggested I just cancel my order. I still got charged for those things - never even offered a refund. Worst experience ever.
Christopher WEasy pick up and friendly staff. Woman working was very helpful and helped me get what I needed. Unfortunately the dolly I ordered was not available (thankfully I had one already). She took the item off my bill.

John RI was really disappointed that I ordered a dolly and an appliance dolly and didn't receive them. I got no notice from U-Haul that they would not be in the truck. I then I had to to drive to the nearest U-Haul which added 15 miles to my total drive time not to mention not having all the things I needed and extra time that I did not plan on spending. The rental place itself was wonderful and the person that I did interact with was extremely sweet and helpful. However I didn't not appreciate that U-Haul took things out of my cart without any notice and then made me spend extra time getting the things I needed… very disappointing

Humberto PTrailer was great, minus once we had loaded and ready to take on the road, one tire was flat. I put air in and continued to maintain air for over 400 miles. At which point I called main UHaul customer service hoping for a quick resolution to drop off trailer at a location in Corpus Cristi, and I was met with complete lack of empathy. Was told I had to call another number for road side assistance. Which I explained that I had already put air in tire multiple times causing me extra time spent on road. If she could please help with me dropping off at another location. Response was it would be double the original price! I responded that I did not have time to wait on road side assistance, could she discount that so I could just drop it off? No was her response. I asked for a manger, she said she would ask for a manger to call. To date, have not gotten a call back. Very disappointed with uhaul!!!!!
greg WTire was flat on the trailer I hooked up to and the one next to it but the third trailer had good tires.I know tires are hard to keep up
