Great Customer service. Felt super comfortable. Thankful.
colette nThe folks were helpful and professional, and the rental rate was very reasonable. We used a motorcycle trailer to pick up a snowblower that we had purchased. It was the perfect size, very helpful low gate, and our mission was accomplished quickly. Highly rate this business and appreciate its convenient location in our little town.
TAMMY PIt's be cool if the rental place had all the equipment you reserve so you don't have to go buy it last minute.
Holly PThere was no indication on emails, the website, or the app as to where the box was supposed to be parked or where the key drop was going. The side of the building with the company name on it was no where near or indicative of where the key drop was at. With our second rental in 3 days, the gentleman at the desk that I asked for help was rude, short answered, and seemed to have more important stuff to worry about as he was rushing to answer my question and before he even finished he was already halfway back to the back of the "store".
Noel OVery helpful!
Marsi KWas a bit surprised at how easy the drop off was. Just unhitch and leave it. Awesome.
Richard SThe owner was extremely helpful. He assisted us in hooking up the trailer and disconnecting upon drop off. True small town service.
Amber SStaff was awesome to work with and had me on the road quickly! Merci.
Omak YThe person I returned it to did not check the trailer in the day I dropped it off, because UHAUL called me and asked if I had returned it yet.
staci FWhen I dropped off the trailer, the man at the counter had me leave the trailer in the street. He did not come out and check it in, or make sure there was no damage. I had to trust that everything was going to be okay when he finally checked in the trailer.
Robert PThe place was closed when we arrived. We used the drop box.
Jo-Anne MThis location was great to work with and more convenient for us than other locations

James Pright mirror was broken, kept spinning around, a little scary on the highway trying to change lanes. fix it
LARRY OEasy return
Eric MVery friendly folks that are very welcoming
Terra DI had to I drive over 90 miles just to get the truck at Purina gas prices. Could have had it closer to the Denver metro area
STEVEN MMy problem is with uhaul not the location. I booked a truck a month in advance and the 20ft was not available anywhere near Elizabeth. The lady who contacted me was rude and extremely unhelpful! I had to rent the smaller truck at no discount for the inconvenience
DEBRA MNothing! I had an issue with the hitch on my vehicle and they helped take care of it and got me on my way!
Noel MVehicle was beat up. Hole in side of box body which meant my stuff got soaked and then froze. Truck hadn't even been washed
Curtis HGreat service!
NATHANIEL TVery disappointed in ur service
Jerry AThe staff were friendly and accommodating. The pick-up and drop-off of the rental trailer was quick and easy. Will highly recommend them and the equipment is good quality and at a very fair price.
bernie aGood customer service and convenient location. JR's Village helped me to hook up the trailer and made sure that everything was in working condition.
NIKITA UThey were helpful at rental place. Quick and easy.
bonnie fAbysmal experience dealing with U-Haul the whole way through. Every step of the reservation process was terrible, my truck didn't have the dollie or moving pads I paid for. I'll never use U-Haul again. Your business processes are awful.
Clark CIn store WiFi since 4g doesn't work there.
ROBERT NNothing. Good as is.
JOSE II was charged $85 additional dollars for keeping the trailer two days when the location was closed for those two days and I was unable to complete drop off.
Patrick KThe actual day of experience was fine. It was easy to pick up the trailer. I hate having to have the app to return the trailer... Waste of time and annoying. I reserved my truck way in advance and late the night before I got a call that there were no trucks available in the area and that I was being rerouted to far north Denver or Palmer lake... Both of which were about 50 miles each way from my house, which was also 17 miles from the storage unit. I was incredibly angry that all y'all offer is the $50 guarantee which wouldn't even begin to cover the insane mileage fees I would have to pay, along with the extra gas. I get people don't return trucks but seriously.... The options available to me were not ok. Thankfully there was this trailer available in elizabeth, and thankfully I was able to find a family member with a truck and hitch. Not to mention I moved on one of the only days we didn't have rain. I'm blessed that everything worked out, but it did not make up for the terrible customer service offered by uhaul itself.
BRITTNEY DTruck was not ready at time of pick up and I was charged for a dolly I did not receive. Back of the truck was not cleaned and the cab had trash left under the seats.
Amanda CDon't trust u haul to save your reservation, I had made mine a month in advance, and they still changed mine.
Riley WIt was so easy to setup, they’re were so professional would totally recommend this location to anyone.
Cheryl PCustomer services left a lot to be desired. I informed individual I had a trailer to check in the trailer but told couldn't be done right away, told to park on the street below (asked me if I had insurance). He said the trailer would be checked in later. I later contacted Uhaul customer service to ensure trailer checked in. They contacted the drop off site and had them immediately check in the trailer and moving blankets. In the past, when I dropped off Uhaul equipment it was checked in and cleared before I left.
RICHARD MVery professional
Porter OInitially I was satisfied with the location, however; my after return experience was not great. I was told to park the trailer on the side of the road as the location would be closed at my drop off time. It was not mentioned to use an app to return it, so I did as they requested. The following business day I was charged $190 total for the rental. All attempts to contact the retailer went unanswered. I finally had to contact Uhaul to get a refund of the added $156.85. I will utilize a larger affiliate next time I rent from Uhaul, which is a shame, as I was trying to support a local town business.
Christian RBetter instructions for where to leave equipment for after hours drop-off
Randall BGreat service

DAVID TDrivers license upload was a pain. Cell signal strength very poor.
Troy MReturned the truck before due time at 6:40 peon 01/30/20. The location was closed. We were instructed where to leave the truck and keys when truck was picked up. Attempted multiple times to return truck on line. Failed each time. Called the rental facility this am to make sure the return was completed. Had to leave message which included name, contract number and my phone number. Assumed the transaction was complete until my husband received notification that his credit card was charged for another day of use. Renting location is extremely poor and I demand a refund to the credit card!!
Tim CHave cruise control!!!
Jamie LA customer rep called me two days before the trailer was to be picked up to let me know I would have to drive an hour and a half to go pick it up during a snowstorm. I don't think it is appropriate to take a reservation for a location to then change that location to an hour and a half away.
Jeff CUhaul advertises the 6X12 utility trailer as 6' wide and suitable for utility vehicles. This is not true. The ramp is far less wide than the trailer. The 72" is completely useless with a 60" ramp. I found this out 600 miles from home when trying to load a 64" wide vehicle. I had to forklift the vehicle in and out. A bit dangerous and completely impractical if you dont have a forklift. When I called uhaul during this mess I was told its the biggest one they have.
JIM GYour folks ended up renting me a trailer to tow a car!!! After countless hours of making me produce a multitude of SPecs on the UTV - each time because they said the "system failed to save it last time". You ONLY got my business because there was no other option.
william mWe dropped the trailer before they opened and did the online self check in.
