Before my pickup, I was in touch with the owner, Jose-he was incredibly communicative and offered top-notch customer service. When I arrived in person, he was just as kind and professional as he was over the phone! He's personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sara-hi (hope I got her name right!), who was assisting him-she was vibrant, friendly, and so helpful. Together, they're a fantastic team. I'll definitely be coming back here for future moves and would 100 % recommend them to anyone needing U-Haul services!

ABRAHAM SI haven't been able to get the Uhaul app to run on my Android phone yet. I see there is an email workaround for sending the pictures of the odometer and fuel levels which I will use next time I need to do an after hours drop off. The 15 ft truck ran OK but seems like the wheel alignment or something needs to be checked as it requires constant course correction above 45. I didn't drive it over 50 mph. The ramp works great.

MIGUEL GYard is very small but not much you can do about it.Yard is dirt & gravel,I think all the employees struggle with pushing trailer in line with the dolly.Unfortunately a lot of your customers can’t back a trailer.The open trls are top notch,I remember when they were junk back in the day.

carter lIt would be nice if all customers would return Their vehicle. with a full tank of gas. It's so much easier not only for the customer who is picking up a vehicle with a full tank of gas, but it's also easier to fill a vehicle and return it full. If the vehicle is not full, then you charge the customer accordingly and then you fill it so it is full for the next customer to receive. Jose was always responsive and helpful and friendly. Thank you for your help.
