Just a trailer drop off after hours, No instructions on where to park it, so we just left it beside the road.

Ellis JI needed to do a self check-in, and this location barely had cell service. I'm genuinely shocked that I got the website to load and got out of there. I'm glad I had a friend with me who had just a little more service and was able to provide a hot spot.

LUCIANO DJT Outfitters employees were great and easy to work with. What was extremely frustrating was that we made our reservation that a location that was 10 minutes from where we were in Winston Salem NC. The night prior we were told that the original location would not have a 15 ft Uhaul so we had to pick one up a little further out--so we confirmed our reservation. The next morning we were driving from SC to Winston Salem we received yet another email that we had to pick up a 20ft Uhaul and another location an hour further since there was not a 15 ft available. We had to drive by the original desired pick up location to get to JT'sand as we did we saw 4 15 ft Uhauls in their parking lot. Not a good experience.

I was given the keys to a brand new 15 footer truck, it was clean and I felt safe taking it on the road for a 400 mile trip ride. Thank you very much for an awesome experience.

David HThis experience was the worst. We have rented Uhaul trucks from Eagle Storage in the past moving our college students into apartments and had no problem. First of all I asked about renting a 10 ft truck and was told they rarely have 10 foot but plenty of 15 ft. so I rented a 15 ft. I was to receive a call from a representative the day before rental date. I never received a called. I called Uhaul to confirm. I was originally confirmed to pick up at 504 Mountain View Rd King NC. but received an emailed telling me the pick up location had been changed to JT Outfitters. (15 miles further) The email not only changed my pick up location but had me renting a 20 ft truck. When driving to JT outfitters we pass by Eagle Storage on Mountain View Rd. There we actually 2 10 ft trucks, 3 15ft trucks and 3 20 ft trucks parked there. The mobile pick up was supposed to take 10 minutes but 50 min later we finally have the keys and truck because in Stokes Co WiFi is VERY spotty. The truck was dirty and with COVID 19 I would have thought it would have been extra clean. When we returned the truck all but one of the trucks we'd seen the day before was in the exact spot it had been parked. We pass by Eagle storage daily and a 10 ft truck sat in the same spot for over 2 weeks. It was very frustrating driving a 20ft and parking it when we were just moving from a one bedroom apt. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
