Very easy going on. Great customer service
Tony MI was very pleased over all. It would be nice in certain circumstances if there would be a drop off service rather than having to go pick it up. JT's Wrecker went above and beyond to help me.
DAN RBad battery no one would answer, sat in truck so long my legs from my neuropathy went numb and I fell out.

TERRY WI don't know who it was who called me a day early. I don't believe it was anyone from JT's. But again, the lady was very rude and wanted to know if I would be returning the truck on time. Why was there even a question whether I would return the truck on time? In fact, I returned the truck 12 hours early. Did I get a refund for returning early? Nope! I've always used Uhaul, but I've never been treated so badly before!

Joshua YWe got there and the location was closed we called the number on window for after hours and the lady who answered basically told us to bad they were closed and to figure it out...which I tried but my reservation was all screwed up and couldn't be transfered to pick up online so I had to go through let me transfer you 5 times and if you know uhaul when you call you have to wait forever to be next in line...so finally got the district manager of Oklahoma Justin or Dustin sorry can't remember..he was a life saver and so much help he made my bad experience a good one really really nice and helpful thank you so much for all your help....
Robert SI dropped off on a holiday so the business was closed. Spoke to the lady on the phone and dropped the keys. Would have been more comfortable having someone inspect the truck since we had to leave it out in the open. Never heard from them so I hope it was all ok. We have not received the credit for leaving the required amount of fuel in the tank.

Tommy MI took pictures but the tires were very worn and I was worried the whole time towing my vehicle but we made it just fine.
Toni PThis place was closed. However they allowed me to drop off and they captured the time I dropped the trailer off. The lady on the phone hung up on me and I had to call her back. She said sorry but we are very busy (they were closed) so I don't understand. The lady was very nice when I called back.
TOMMY LYour failure to maintain the truck could of killed my family , daughter , son in law and two grand daughters! The truck shook while driving it!!! How does someone miss that the stem on the tire is missing !!!! We have pictures!!!! Then the delay in time to get repair and back on the road . WE WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. Deborah Kifer

ERICA OMy entire rental experience was frustrating, not just from dealing with this rental location but dealing with U-Haul all together. I rated it average because I'm not that much of a jerk, but I will say I would drive a hundred miles to rent a Penske truck. Please email me if you have any questions.
