Jim RClosed during drop off, internet service wasn't working in that area couldn't go through the steps to drop off truck in the app nor was it picking up my location even though it was active on my phone. Overall I had a horrible experience using U-Haul.
Heather MAfter I reserved the truck, uhaul called and changed my pick up location on one of the pieces of equipment, the truck. When I arrived to pick it up, that location did not have it. They told me they never did. I then had several calls to uhaul customer service to resolve the issue. 2 hours later, I had a truck. This simply should not happen.

Antoine ANo one was present when we dropped off the pickup midday. We were charged for an incredible amount of of mileage. Who do you speak with at your nation-wide company when the person everyone refers you to cheated you???? This was the location that the pickup representative changed to. Does this sound like coincidental to you????
