Asked for 15 ft truck but only had 20 ft truck which actually worked better. Need to have military discount.
GEORGE TSo easy to get a trailer We have an SUV and we needed drywall and sub flooring. The stores charge $79 for delivery. For $26, we got a trailer, went and got what we needed, and then took the trailer back. So easy

SCOTT KI had scheduled to return the truck to Pittsburgh but later spoke to your CSR's on the phone and changed this to one way, to be dropped off at 70 S 7th St. Alleghany, NY. There was both confusion on this change and also the location no longer exists. The folks at J&R in Porterville were very good about letting me return the truck there. You need to have Google delete that from their website.

PATRICIA DRon at J&R was excellent to work with. He took his time, discussed our options and explained to us the different sizes even giving us the measurements so we could determine what size we needed. This is the only place we will ever rent a U-Haul from, and it was because of the great assistance we were given.
STEVEN LThe second person who assisted me at this location was not at all professional. He was supposed to bring my truck around and load it with the supplies I ordered. He made me bring the truck around and kept making weird off handed comments… such as complaining that he had "selective hearing" when the first associate told him which lock box my key was in, several times.

Mark CNo phone number is listed on-line to contact the location. U-Haul customer service was very helpful and friendly, but was also unable to provide a phone number. I was unable to confirm the availability to return equipment earlier than the time I scheduled on-line.
BRIAN CThey were more than accommodating. Was not informed of the extra charges I would insure for having to keep the truck and trailer. We had lake effect snow and lake effect snow advisory and was informed not to go out on the roads yet still charged for those days when I was informed that UHaul will work with you due to that. They did not and charged me for those days as well. The staff at this place were friendly and helpful. A lot more helpful than down south. Listened to my gripes and complaints with an understanding ear. Which I appreciated immensly.

PATRICK MStop charging men more than women my fiance rented the same U-Haul for 40$ but I got charged 78$ the next week and the last day over 100$. Just Criminal and I wasn't refunded anything even though I cleaned the U-Haul.
