JUSTIN SNot to charge a fee up front which we were told was not something that U-Haul's do. Why would we rent a truck to move out of state and return it back to the state we moved from. This account charged to us is fraudulent and we signed no papers.

DAWN SThe person that handled our rental at J&B Sales did not completely explain the contract. He said we could have the truck for the entire day and it was 19.95. One flat fee regardless of when in a 24 hour period we returned the vehicle, yet I was charged 39,90 and had the rental back before they closed. He also never fully explained the safe move program I understood it was 15 for that but was charged 30.00. I am fine with the product but the service should have been far better.

CYNTHIA PKeep updating trailers to the swing open doors. The rollup doors create a lower entrance that is easier to hit one's head on, and has lesser capacity. And, the older trailers lack tie-down points, which can lead to damage of both the trailer and contents.

Tanis HWebsite for business and even on signage on building stats they're open until 2pm on Saturdays and when returning truck and trailer nobody was at business well before stated closing time. Need to update information if it is not actual business hours for business.

DARLENE EIssue: Gauge did not record gas level. We turned the engine on to check it twice and both times it was under half way significantly. We did not know how many gallons the vehicle took. After I told my son the pump shut off he tried it and it was full. I spent over $60 bucks because I didn't want it not to be at 9/16...we called in but I did not receive a credit. My son tried calling that night and was told to call in the early AM. He was busy moving and called in the afternoon. Should not have had to call twice. First call should have resolved the issue. So everything was amazingly good until we went to put gas in the truck and the gauge did not record correctly. Hopefully the company will resolve this issue since it is unfair to customers.

PHILLIP DI returned the truck with the same gas as when I left and you still charged me an additional $22 for gas. I will be calling to complain and get my money back as well

Luthera SSupposed to be open until 2 pm Saturday - no answer at 1:00 pm or return call at all. Had to call U-Haul and do a remote return. That wasn't an issue but the unresponsiveness of the drop-off location was frustrating.

stephanie MJust keep doing what you're doing this location is always the first on my list when I need uhaul service. The staff is very friendly and helpful they go above and beyond to make things as smoothly as they can.
VICKIE SI was surprised to see an extra charge added to my contract for a utility dolly rental, after I returned the truck. I asked about fees, mileage etc. when I picked up the truck and this was never mentioned. Would have been nice to know, I would have used the hand truck that I just purchased rather than paying extra to rent one! I'm not happy about this extra charge that I wasn't told about and didn't agree to.

Tabitha JThe online reservation process was easy. Pick up and return was also easy with the online checkout. The 15 foot truck was exactly what we needed. It drove well and comfortably.
Bob CU-haul's website wasn't working right and it took way too long to complete the rental. I ended up having to call the toll free number and get a rep to make me a reservation over the phone as I was standing in the pick up location. This was in no way J&B Trailer Sales fault. This issue was all on U-haul.
