You made me pay $14.00 for insurance for four hours of use! Also I wanted a full sized pick up so I could get into it. I’m 68 with bad hips. No running board put in pain all day today! You gave me a enclosed truck! It was rough. Your $19.99 price is very miss leading. I paid $77. To move a bed from Jasper to six miles south of French Lick! I bought a mattress and box springs from the UHaul dealer which I delivered to my house which he should have delivered for free!

Fire the management who apparently force the 800 operators to adhere rigidly to their script and don't allow them to think for themselves. it is extremely frustrating to deal with someone on the phone who cannot or will not answer a simple question.

Very helpful getting me on my way. I will definitely use him again. Trailer was a cinch to tow, however, hitch made plenty of noise...for 1100 miles. Not a U-Haul problem, but should be addressed at rental.

I don't think it was the location but U-Haul online that only sent me a text at stupid o'clock in the morning to say my location was changed. I only found out when I went to the wrong location.

The truck seemed very much in need of maintenance. Inconsistent noises when the brakes were applied made it feel as though there was a lack of brake fluid, when placed into reverse the power steering failed, while accelerating the truck often felt like it was lunging forward until it got to speed about 50 mph. I’m not certain the staff at the location was aware of the maintenance issues that I perceived; since I turned the vehicle in the small hours of the morning I was not able to bring the issues to their attention otherwise.

I wouldn't approach a customer with a cigarette in your mouth...but other than that everything was just fine. Courteous and polite. Clean equipment in great shape.

The original pickup location was Rockport IN. I was almost there when I got a call from uhaul stating truck was not available. New location was in Jasper, IN. This inconvenienced me in extra miles and time. My movers had to wait for mrvto get there. They had to unload the next day. I talked to 2 of your employees who both stated as long as I returned the truck before the drop off location opened up on Monday I would not be charged anything extra. Also your phone representative told me I would receive a $50 credit for having reserved the truck. I would ask that you refund the extra charges and credit me $50 for my extra miles and time. You may call me at work 270-685-6000 or my cell 270-577-0036. I have called your customer care and was on hold too long twice.
