Lori SJaxson's and Moe's were very nice, professional and apologetic. The so called manager of the area called at 3ish to inform me the vehicle I rented was unavailable and couldn't have cared less if I rented a vehicle from them or not. The 'customer service' person read me the policy off the web site not solving my problem. The ability to think outside the box to solve in order to solve the customer's problem is a foreign concept. Needless to say my experience at the front end was horrible. Renter beware.

Jeff VThe site was great but the trailer hitch was broken and the trailer came off when I was traveling down the road. Luckily it only hit my truck once and I was able to get if back and replaced. The locking mechanism that secures the hitch to the ball was faulty and does not lock the mechanism in place.
