Lubricate the rollers and latches on enclosed trailers. Squeeky and stiff. Not a big problem. Pick up and return simple. Minimal paperwork.

MATTHEW OWe had a 26" truck rented from Newton IA. , but the place there gave it to someone else. They said they'd find use another one and never did. When we called our local dealer, Jay went above and beyond for us! He had a 26" truck and helped us with using the lock box for the keys. He was very personal and so helpful made the move less stressful! Thanks Jay!!
James SJays was fine but the UHaul experience overall would be a 0/10. You asked me to go out of my way to return my rental to a place that would be open on Saturdays and then proceeded to charge me $270 for returning it to the wrong location even though I got the address FROM YOU! Whoever the regional manager is ought to be fired. I have been on the phone with your customer service trying to fix this 5-10 times and nothing is done. Soon, it will be lawyers involved.
Aaron DJay was awesome. Can't say the same for the rest of U Haul, as attempts were made to change my pick up spot and the size of truck I was driving. Jay fixed it all for me though.
Brian SI was not supposed to drop at this location but because the original location had a full lot, they took me in. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. We helpful and on point which is extremely helpful when you are in a hurry.

Robert AFloor could have been cleaned better, we found an old comb and a chicken bone on the floor ect but dash board and seats were clean and also box of the truck. There was a few issues with the rental, but Jay's Auto was able to quickly get it resolved!

My original location I was unable to pick up at due to locks being frozen shut and spent nearly an how in subzero temps trying to access or on phone with U-Haul. WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!

Zachery LFix your online system. The app didn't work to sign me in, the online site did not have my order. I had to call three times to get it fixed. Luckily the guy who owns the pick up site showed up to help get me on the road. I was 30 minutes into my rental time due to uHauls issues. Do better!!!!
