Door was locked to office and no one was there. Truck was dirty and smells awful. Stated to have 3/8 take of fuel, had maybe 1/16th tank.

Charles EThe equipment and total move was horrible. I got no copy of the contract and was rushed out before given instructions or inspecting the equipment. The windshield wiper blades were shot and he had to stop for hours until the rain stopped and he could proceed. The alignment was out and pulled to the right. We were told there would be no extra day charge, but was charged $120. A terrible experience all around.
CLAIRE NThe employees at this location went above and beyond expectations, 1000x over. We were stranded in town hundreds of miles from home and needed a vehicle to get us to our destination. The folks running this location went to great lengths to get us a truck for our one-way journey, after they had officially closed on a Friday evening. Without the kindness of these individuals, we would have been in a terrible situation. They saved us, big time. So, so, so thankful to them.

LOUELLA HIt was an empty lot and the courteous lot attendant stated that we had to return a full tank even though i Picked up the truck on a quarter tank. Very sketchy location
