No one knew how to check in the truck. I ended up having to use the online app to check it back in myself.

The location was fine but the truck was not swept out and there was damage from a previous driver. It did not effect our usage of the truck. We did the online check in and out and it was timing consuming but simple to walk thru as long as you followed the directions.
Chris H.I was able to view the outside of the truck. Once I got to my location I opened the truck box and there was broken glass, mudd, leaves, ornaments and candle residue everywhere.
