Trucks inside was dirty they say the truck is water resistant well this one was not most of my stuff in the front of the truck got wet including a mattress and box spring and a entertainment center. The truck should've been a Diesel for that size not a V-10 gas that size of truck and that small of engine uses way too much fuel even emptied and tow/haul off no I don't have a heavy foot I am a trucker I drive semi trucks for a living they Weigh 80,000lb and they get better mpg then this truck because it's a diesel not a gas. All Vehicles are water resistant this one however is not I think the roof was slightly bent on the front I'd do a complete inspection on the truck I'd do it for you guys if I had time. Love the store but truck itself could be better. This truck needs a power stoke Diesel engine not a v-10 triton engine you'll get less wear and more MPG for that size of truck. Wish I could work for y'all to help improve your trucks.

Jose C.I waited over 15 minutes trying to check out the rented trailer. Neither staff was able to get the computers to work. I left without finishing the normal process. Unacceptable.
JAIME N.The online pick-up and drop-off did not work for me. There was an error that did not allow the online system to detect my location, therefore making it impossible to pick up or return my truck without assistance. The staff at the location was wonderful, understanding, and extremely helpful. However it was frustrating to not be able to complete the process on my own.

Lauren M.Lady who checked us in and out did not know what she was doing. She said it was her second UHaul rental with the first one being right before us.She had to telephone an employee (Jordan) who was not at work, multiple times. When we returned it, same lady. She needed help again from Jordan, who was at lunch. Spent about one hour total in store to rent & return truck I had reserved online. Store owner was clueless about truck rentals. All the people helping us move had arrived at the storage unit 35 miles away, before we did! Unbelievable how long it took. Being disabled, standing that long was making me very uncomfortable.She took so long trying to check us in that I called another UHaul place to see if I could rent a truck from them! Unless Jordan is there when we rent & return truck, we will take our business elsewhere. I have rented lots of trucks over many years. NEVER had a problem until this time.Horrible, service. Most likely will just go somewhere else next time.
