Nothing. I reserved the U-Haul and returned it the next day and both locations treated me/us with respect and courtesy.

WADE LEAVITTThe only suggestion I have is that the U Haul website lists open 6' x 12' trailers, but no U Haul dealer anywhere near where I live has them on hand, and several say they have never seen a 6' x 12' U Haul trailer.

Marcy StpeterThe Maine office NEVER answers the phone. I had a lot of trouble finding the trailer I needed even after reserving it 2 weeks in advance. I am in Northern Maine and was transferred to New Hampshire. They found me a location with a trailer, but bit was in Canada. I was then transferred to the Mass office, and they reserved me the wrong type of trailer. Jim at Jim's Auto Care was able to get a trailer brought to his location later that day. Jim was making calls for over an hour to work this out. When a reservation is made, U-Haul should make sure the equipment is brought to that location before the pick-up time.
