The location was not open for business when I arrived. The location is on the same property as their private residence and made it very uncomfortable sitting on private property trying to figure out what was going on. The codes that the U-Haul operator had did not work and when she did have a code that worked there was no keys located in the box for a no contact pick up. The owners pulled up an hour after the reservation.

SHAWN DOur move went well and best that could be expected. The pick up and drop off locations changed day before which seems typical. My husband couldn't figure out how to turn on the rear lights which was dangerous. He also complained the interior truck noise was super loud. Otherwise, all good.
