I was givin a rental with a 1/4 tank of gas. This is a huge inconvenience as I had put gas in it before I could begin my trip and not knowing how much gas I'd need. These rentals need to have a full tank prior to pickup! Huge, huge, huge inconvenience!!!!

Maria BJohn went above and beyond for us! I had rented a trailer 2 months in advance from another location. The day before pickup, they called me to say they wouldn't have it, and John's location was the closest and soonest I could have a trailer. I was now at risk of missing an important event to which I needed to tow a racecar. Even though none of this was John's fault, he made special accommodations for my wife and I to pickup and deliver the trailer exactly when we needed! I cannot recommend John enough, and I will most certainly book with him again in the future. Thank you sir, for your exceptional customer service.

matt bTruck had 1,75 gallons of gas when I pick it up, needed 58 gallons which cost an extra $300, which I still have not been credited for and the brakes pedal hit the floor multiple times so I returned the truck. Horrible experience and will never use Uhaul again

Dayanira MHeyy my peeps.. If you're a local from Desert Hot Springs area or just passing through and you need To rent a Uhaul for any reason.. YOU NEEDS TO COME HERE! Google maps had me drive to. 3 Other locations in the surround the area, With NO LUCK WAT'SOEVER! One location you need to make a reservation online in order to rent. That's if they have one on the Lot, So the female there set me up the street about 2 miles Down the road add that location was closed on Tuesdays. You believe that? Closed on "Tuesdays".. Weird Yo! Then the 3rd location It sent us to was a ghost location. There was No Uhaul center!! it was just a wild goose Chase!! & then.. ** FINALLY!** Jon's Used Car / Uhaul popped up. After 45 minutes of driving around, & it was only "7" miles. (*11 min.* from our starting point) so Save yourself the grief and frustratian, * START here 1st! THATSRITE. .ILL B BACK

chantel dThis was by far the best experience in renting a uhaul I have ever had, when your already stressed out because you have to move or anything like that the last thing you need is a hassle getting a moving van or trailer and John Livreres was very kind honest helpful and just a great guy! If you have to rent a uhaul use him he'll make it an easier and much nicer exsperance!!

Jos NThe day I rented the truck I had a bit of lower back pain and was limping mildly, after working hard for few weeks packing four bedrooms, bending and picking up, lifting, etc. The truck did not have a rump. Even though I rented it only to move everything, but furniture and appliances, I didn't care about it and that wouldn't stop me from getting it when I needed it the most, however it was uncomfortable enough. Maybe all your trucks can have a ramp and avoid to loose customers because of that. Luckily other than this fact, the whole renting experience was very pleasant.

Sandra LLocation could not be faulted but the 24/7 check in and out was a bad experience. Also, highly inconvenient for me since my requested pick up location was changed. I originally had the pick up location where the storage units that I have are located. This created a delay and hassle costing me about 2 hours .
