Darrell OI made the reservation for my Grandson who went to this location and rented the trailer. He had good things to say about his experiences. I do not feel qualified to comment on this location, but I have done business with U-haul before with very good experiences every time.
keith fOn the other end (one way) my drop off was just as good! Was running a few minutes late for drop off due to traffic and Heather was very accommodating and got us taken care of. Easy transaction and. pleasant customer service!

matthew RAbsoutly nothing. The girls taking care of the Uhaul customers were fantastic. From the second that I walked into Johnny's Auto, I was greeted with a smile and was made to feel like I was family. Their knowledge of the products was spot on. They asked me what I was moving and rented me the perfect size trailer. I highly recommend Heather and I think the other girl was Christeen or Cristy. They were both superstars, Big Al @ OBA Charities

julio hI'm actually still kinda aggrieved about my rental experience. The people there were helpful and polite. But there was a decent amount of trash in the truck I had to clean out. Then I found tampon applicators n cigarette butts which I had to clean out. I left the truck with way more gas than I got it and even swept the whole thing out. But then was accused by a uhaul email of basically stealing the truck. I had spoken with the employee at Johnny's Auto the same day i rented it and requested a later return. Even mentioned it before I rented that I may need more time. Uhaul said they tried to reach me then asked for a bunch of information. No one tried to contact me by phole, text message or email. The truck was already parked back at Johnny's Auto.

TIM MNot lie to your customers at corporate. Local folks great. I was sent to three different locations by corporate to pick up a truck and never received the truck I had booked. Local folks did not have it. This added 80 miles on to the move and late for my moving help which dominoed to having missed help at the destination. I had to unload the next day.

MICHAEL PThere was something spilled on the arm rest of the truck. Also even though I reserved moving blankets nothing was said about them not having any before hand so I could make other plans. So many of my furnature pieces got scratched and damaged.
Trevor OFelt very welcome.. My rental truck and trailer were ready as scheduled. I got help hooking up the trailer and a full education on how to best operate all the equipment. Everything worked out perfect. Thanks to the many return options that made it easy and convenient for my pick up from ride to home.

APRIL MEvery time I have use Johnny's Auto Repair for my Uhaul needs, I have had a great experience! I have had horrible experiences in the past when I lived in Jacksonville, but this place is amazing. They always get me in and out fast and are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them every time from now on and highly recommend them to everyone I know!
