Johnny & Lisa communicated thoroughly and clearly, answered all my questions. The trailer was ready and in great condition. Will definitely rent from here again.

jaime rFound out after returning the 15-foot rental truck that there is separate insurance for the Mom's Attic. I miss judged a hotel entrance overhang in Houston, TX and had a collision with damage caused to the passenger-side top corner of the Mom's Attic. Was told that the Safe Move Insurance that I paid for upon pick up only covered the lower box section of the 15-foot truck. Safe Move Plus Insurance covers the Mom's Attic section. I have rented several U-Haul Trucks over the years and it was never disclosed that I needed two different insurance coverages on a truck in order to be fully covered. Quite a very expensive surprise and lesson learned.

Thomas MWe reserved a truck in Carlsbad, but the day before pick up we were told we had to go to Hobbs, 75 miles away, to get the truck. Because we had to go out of town, our contract was all messed up and took nearly 2 hours to correct! It is completely idiotic, and this is the 3rd time it has happened to us! If I have any other choice in the world, I won't use Uhaul again. Terrible.
Warren HIt was nice to see an accommodating smiling face when I went to drop it off. I explained that the mileage was wrong and that the girl where I picked it up promised she would change it because the link she sent me would not allow it to change. She said not to worry that she would take care of it. Very nice people!!
KAREN SJohnny is an arrogant jerk and the reason why I will never use uhaul again. Never have I ever been more disrespected in my life. Whole process was a cluster and all around a terrible experience all around.
