GARY HNikita is exceptional! She was able to help me actually get a truck unlike all my prior experiences with uhaul. I was about to give up entirely but Nikita helped me understand my best options, researched my reservations and worked with me to ensure I could indeed move. She has a delightful personality, compassionate, and communicates clearly and pleasantly even while I was stressed out and confused. Uhaul is lucky to have her and should reward her for going above and beyond to explain the services and give hope to weary people trying to move. The online reservation system is a ridiculous, costly scam, and truly had I the energy and funds, i would launch an all out social campaign for justice. However, uhaul probably doesn't care enough to run a proper business with the customer in mind and there are far greater issues with our country and in the world. We're it not for Nikita, i would never have considered giving uhaul a try. I will not bother with the online system again. Shame on uhaul for near fraudulent operations.

Link SIt was hard using this location with its assignments coming out of Brunswick and even though I tried to make reservations a month or 2 in advance I couldn't get a confirmation even up to the day before pick up. I had to go get it a day early to make sure I got what I needed to move.

Thomas GIt would have been easier to load the heavy stuff if the ramp was longer. Should have a locking gas cap . A couple of USB ports would be nice. I had to buy an adaptor.

JOHN GI had a MAJOR problem that was not the location's fault. I picked up after hours and the app said I wasn't at the location. I called the 800 number and waited 56 minutes to speak to someone! They couldn't figure out what was wrong and put me on hold, the app said I was a mile and a half away, but showed a map that had me drive around the parking lot. I drove around slowly, following the arrows and in 50 feet or so it said I had arrived at my destination. The people on the phone were great, but an hour wait in the ice and snow in the middle of nowhere was brutal. An hour? I know there are shortages of people, but if you pay like I do, $20 an hour you can get help. The hour of waiting on hold, and then the additional half hour as everyone tried to fix the problem and I drove around the parking lot, caused me to miss a meeting, and afraid to put the call on hold while I was on "death hold", I couldn't contact anyone to say I wouldn't be there. There was no way to text, unfortunately. I will NEVER rent after hours again, and will reccommend the same to anyone who asks.

John HThe U-Haul company did not deliver the trucks I requested to this location. I requested two 26' trucks for September 28. I was given one 26' and one 20' truck. I requested one 15' truck for September 29. I was given a 20' truck. The representative at this location is EXCELLENT. She was very helpful and accommodating. The U-Haul delivery system for getting trucks, etc. to location is terrible.

The U-Haul company itself was horrible for not supplying the trucks I requested.

Dean LNakita, the office manager, is remarkably efficient, very gracious, and so accommodating. She let me check in a day early so I could pick up the trailer before they opened the next morning, and when I returned the trailer at day's end, she was waiting with my completed receipt in hand and a smile on her face. 100 % perfect UHaul experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to or from Down East Maine or who, like me, might need a trailer for a day.

DANA BRenting from Johnson's was simple and easy. The process did not take long and they were very friendly. I was able to play tug with the shop dog while I waited. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, both when I rented and returned the trailer. Thank you Johnson's Townline!
