Nothing to improve! The representative was very helpful and very thorough. If ever I need a U-Haul again, I will be returning to this location!

Karl CI got conflicting information from two people who worked at the same location. I was interrupted in the middle of moving to straighten it out. Make sure everyone is trained the same way.
Jason HMaybe the check in location can be in the front of the store. Not an good ideal to be in the back of an building when no one else is attending the front. Just concern about her safety. Because in this day and time. We have to be aware of our surrounding.
Brenzetta WPleasant, very easy to rent and make my experience the best, will always use U-Haul for my jobs that I need a truck, trailer, or moving vehicle.
Ron WLoading ramp was too short. Very difficult to roll up at such a steep angle.

KIMBERLY NTruck was very clean, but was loud, seemed to struggle going uphill, and the tires may need realignment. The facility and staff were amazing. This is the cleanest truck I have ever rented.

Janet PWhile we almost got stuck in the drive because of the snow storm from the night before, we know that's not your fault. If there's going to be snow though it would be helpful to have another way to determine the serial number on the top of the truck or get some specifics the night before. Overall great though!

paul rWhen I booked the vehicle I wanted it for 2 days. I was told that's what I would have it for. When we went to pick it up it was for only 1 day. Mistake of course was blamed on the person who was not working. I was called by the rental company that morning and was told the rental had not been returned yet. At this time it was an hour past due. An hour later I was told it was returned and I could pick it up. It was 2 hours late being returned. So we pick it up was told I only had it for 1 day. Then I was told the time it was to be returned. Which made no sense. It was still the original return time, which meant I only had it for 22 hours not 24 which it was rented for. The agent told me no you can't have it for the 2 hours longer, because it's rented for tomorrow. My whole problem with this is, we had lined up help for 2 days only had it for 22 hours. Worked all night moving, our help was gone. But we got it back on time cleaned out and gassed up. And for all of the trouble and mistakes made by the rental company. I received not 1 apology a sorry about the inconvenience that was caused. All I received was the excuse that the person who was not working at the time made the mistake. I believe that the mystery employee and the lady who took my money for the rental were one and the same. Not a good review from us.
sherry kI was charged for an extra day but I only used for one. I went 170 miles. Didn't use any equipment and still got charged for it. I called about it and I was told I would receive a call back about issuing a partial refund but never received the call. A one day usage costed me $250? Yeah...never again.
Joshua RMake the 24/7 more usable. We were supposed to get our truck at 9:30 but something went wrong. After 3 hours and being either disconnected or hung up from the customer service line 4 times, we have up and lost 12 hours of desperately needed loading time. The woman there was kind and able to help but it made it extremely difficult for our move because we didn't have the truck at the time we reserved.

MARTHA LThe location and the folks that worked there were great. However, I am deeply disappointed with Uhaul that the day before moving my son to college, I had to drive 45 miles to a different location to pick up equipment. On top of that, my pick up time changed from 0730 to 0930. This is unacceptable. I had a confirmed location and time. This left a really bad taste in my mouth of Uhaul.
