Equipment was in good shape. Kate was easy to work with. Tech checked the tire pressures for me and added a little air to a few. He also made sure the ball connection was good and wiring was connected properly.

went through the effort of doing online check in and then had to provide all the information again. This was the second time and had to go through more this time with the trailer hook up than the first time even thought only a week or so had passed

Super easy rental. Gentleman that hooked up the trailer for me made sure everything was properly connected so I would have a safe trip. He checked the trailer and the connection. Was nice to see someone take their time and not make me feel like I was interrupting their day. Very nice man and exceptional employee for Jones Boys.

Jones Boys was excellent. Great customer service and equipment was well maintained. However the 1st place you sent me the equipment was UN-serviceable and the service was poor. Ended up taking two hours to pick equipment up due to faulty equipment. Over all poor experience.

I cannot stress how amazing Ron was at Jones Boys. I have a Camaro with a front splitter and it was not possible to pull the car off the hauler without destroying the front splitter. Ron took the front plates off where the tires rest and i was able to get my car off without damaging it. I am forever thankful to him for helping me with my car.
