Truck was with sand in the floor, cup holder were dirty.

I went there with my trailer lites out. He said he didn't have room. I got turned away from my drop location.

Only one person was aware of our reservation and he was not at the store. It took several phone calls and a time delay to finally get our truck. We also prefer to handle transactions with payment in person, but due to the absence of the gentleman, we were forced to complete the pickup over the phone. Despite this, the truck was wonderful. Very clean and drove great.

Ensure the equipment has been transferred in or returned properly. Know how to dispatch equipment rather than handing the keys and saying "everything good". Your poor knowledge on your own job cost me valuable time and resources on a schedule for the return day.

Locations need to be updated. I lived in a very busy area and there were at least 7 uhaul stores within a 3 mile radius. I was assigned a store 8 miles away in the boondocks for my pickup. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. When you are moving convenience is a major factor. Otherwise, I really do appreciate my experience with uHaul.

I was made to go 45 minutes out of my way to Beaver who then was not accepting my trailer. This drop off location was great but the overall experience with U-Haul would be a 1 or zero star, since I told customer relations that the location was 45 minutes away from me. She insisted it was the only location I could drop the trailer off. Once, arrived I was informed the location was not accepting trailers and sent me to Jones rd. Terrible experience.

Some one got money off my card what the hell I pay someone phone bill i got someone a book and what's so funny she she did not need anything from me she had ever thing she needs this is not right I will post on Facebook I have no money now thanks for nothing

The gentleman at this location made my drop off experience easy. He was not only accommodating but had helpful tips for the final move I am making next month .Before going to this location I was first directed to return my trailer to West Beaver Street in Jacksonville Florida. Upon arrival they refused to accept the trailer even though that is where I was directed to return it. Not a good look for U Haul

I was originally returning to 10920 West Beaver St in Jacksonville but when I pulled in the guy stopped me and said he couldn't take and to go somewhere else. That's it, just go somewhere else with very little care. So I had to drive an additional 5 miles to the next place even though my original reservation showed the 10920 W Beaver St. Jones Rd General Store didn't even bat an eye when I said I was here to return. He grabbed his phone and started the check in process.

this is not a uhaul center, they just handle the transaction when you pick up whatever you rented. The service was great! They do not do this full time but was great service...

The people at the Jones Road General was super nice and helpful and made it very easy to get started and on my way. I would highly recommend the Jones Road General for you next Uhaul.

Convenience store. Truck was not checked with me prior to me leaving. Clerk just took the key and said I was good to go. Maybe this is normal, but I would prefer someone dedicated to trucks that would check the truck with me and give me receipt confirmation.

For 4 days it costed me a total of $600!! Needless to say no deposit back at all. I only racked up a total of 427 miles I mean that's like paying more than a hundred dollars for each hundred miles!!!!

Not happy at all that the trip odometer said 30,6 miles and I was charged for 36 miles. And what's an environmental charge? Bogus added money.

Minor glitch with the pick-up of the Auto Transport. All info I could find advised me that the trailer would have a coupler to accept either a 1 7/8 or 2" ball. So I purchased and came prepared with a 2" ball. The coupler on our trailer was a dedicated 1 7/8 and would not accept the 2". This cost me about an hour and another trip to the store but was minor in the big picture.

The store and associates were pleasent . They did charge us a $25 cleaning fee that I thought was unfair because I left it clean. But I think uhaul has so many little hidden fees that we ended up paying $274 for use of a truck for 8 hours.

Even though I filled out quick checkout a head of time, it still took over an hour to checkout. Employee gave no information on why it took so long. Trailer was filled with sand, tires looked worn out

Place is what you would expect to find on the west side of Jacksonville, FL so there's really no helping the cleanliness. The gentleman who came out to look over the trailer and truck wasn't communicating well and insisted that there may be something wrong the vehicle and dolly I dropped off. I don't really know what he was implying but it was rather annoying.

My comment is for when your office contacts a customer to give drop off information, they need to leave a message stating who they are!!!! And what the call is concerning!!

The male owner who were working at the time seemed disinterested in making sure the truck was clean and rental pads returned. He also had no interest in checking the truck for any damage because "you took the insurance out, so no problem."
