KATHLEEN EOnline scheduling was not streamlined and mobile pickup instructions weren't made clear prior to pick up. My reservation was switched without my knowledge. The process was disruptive but the people involved in store were knowledgeable, helpful and essentially saved the transaction and the day.

Bryan LCustomer service was great, did have a bit of trouble with the staff member trying to enter in the info for the rental which took over 20 plus minutes, Once for the intial reservation and 20 plus minutes again for the pickup of the rental. Customer service was good though.

Mayra HI asked for information to leave the trailer there, they cheated on me and they didn't tell me I would have a charge. Then I went to complain and they closed 1 hour earlier than the schedule says. So I call customer service and report the case, I hope the company will respond to me and hold this franchise responsible that damages its name.
Eugenio VService was great. Representative was pleasant and professional. Only a small issue with the padlock on the overhead door not functioning. Was unable to leave the dolly because it would have been unsecured. Had to make an additional trip on Monday to return it. May want to check and oil them regularly.

Alexander PFix the lockboxes. I lost 9 hours of time with the uhaul because lock box wouldn't open at night. Had to wait until 8 am to pick it up
MARY GOne of the women helping the person check me out called me a d**k because I didn't have a third person to put down as a point of contact. Then I never revived a receipt for the rental charge
John TMore training for the staff in the office. We got there at 8am to pick up the trailer and we did not leave until after 9:30am. It took two different people to figure out everything and then once we left and she sent me the contract. Multiple things were wrong and I had to end up calling the uhaul customer service number to get things fixed and to get money refunded since they took to much money.
