When we dropped off van the woman explained how we could have viewed mileage (not really helpful at this point) then we asked to compare starting mileage from paperwork and current mileage. She said we were within contract amount. We then got charged for extra mileage. Having a centralized customer service center does not work if completely disconnected from actual locations. I will find other options in future.

ARCHANGEL VI ordered a 26' truck and was informed the day before that the 26' was only available if we wanted to drive 60 miles to pick it up. The biggest available was 21'. I agreed hoping it would all fit. It didn't. I lost over 200 in furniture and personal belongings. I won't recommend U-Haul to anyone.
ADAM FUhaul had a leak in the back that caused rain water to get in and soak boxes & clothing
Adrian TYoung lady at front desk was friendly, but did not dress appropriately. She was wearing a very low spaghetti strap tank top where you could see excessive cleavage, especially when she bent over to fill out paperwork. Also wearing basketball shorts, ninja turtle socks and slide sandals. She looked like she just rolled out of bed, not ready for work. We thought she was a customer waiting for a truck, not an employee. Jeans and a U-Haul tshirt would be expected at minimum, or even office attire to increase professionalism. What she was wearing was definitely unprofessional.
Alicia HNothing! The truck was spotless! The rep was friendly, showed us how to use the equipment, showed us the stickers for damage, gave us all the information we needed for a successful move! She went above and beyond customer service - so refreshing!

Cory OI was charged for extra miles even though I was told that I would get 30 free and 20 additional were added on since I had to pick up at a different location. Still waiting for customer service to call me back regarding this to get it fixed.

KATHLEEN EOnline scheduling was not streamlined and mobile pickup instructions weren't made clear prior to pick up. My reservation was switched without my knowledge. The process was disruptive but the people involved in store were knowledgeable, helpful and essentially saved the transaction and the day.

Bryan LCustomer service was great, did have a bit of trouble with the staff member trying to enter in the info for the rental which took over 20 plus minutes, Once for the intial reservation and 20 plus minutes again for the pickup of the rental. Customer service was good though.

Mayra HI asked for information to leave the trailer there, they cheated on me and they didn't tell me I would have a charge. Then I went to complain and they closed 1 hour earlier than the schedule says. So I call customer service and report the case, I hope the company will respond to me and hold this franchise responsible that damages its name.
Eugenio VService was great. Representative was pleasant and professional. Only a small issue with the padlock on the overhead door not functioning. Was unable to leave the dolly because it would have been unsecured. Had to make an additional trip on Monday to return it. May want to check and oil them regularly.

Alexander PFix the lockboxes. I lost 9 hours of time with the uhaul because lock box wouldn't open at night. Had to wait until 8 am to pick it up
MARY GOne of the women helping the person check me out called me a d**k because I didn't have a third person to put down as a point of contact. Then I never revived a receipt for the rental charge
John TMore training for the staff in the office. We got there at 8am to pick up the trailer and we did not leave until after 9:30am. It took two different people to figure out everything and then once we left and she sent me the contract. Multiple things were wrong and I had to end up calling the uhaul customer service number to get things fixed and to get money refunded since they took to much money.
