Trailer lights were not working properly. They would turn off and flicker after every bump.(Would not stay on) The brake lights and turn signals worked as normal but the running regular lights did not. The back of the truck was not swept when I picked it up and the tank was only half full. Great customer service though.

Alexis MVery unorganized. Keys weren't even in the lock box but they were in an unlocked vehicle. Dolly wasn't in the truck either. Dollybwas horrible, didn't even latch properly. Called customer service and they were no help since no one knew why the keys weren't in the lock box. Took and hour to figure out the truck was unlocked. Won't ever use this place again.

QUINEAT PThis was the first time I used the U-HAUL app for my rental and I will not be doing it again. It's great if you need to get a truck outside business hours, but otherwise not worth it. It was not a great UX, and I was forced to resubmit info I already provided when I booked my rental which was irritating.
Rose VThe truck was left completely opened upon pickup … It had a very foul animal odor, there was trash everywhere, I ordered a dolly and never received it … Worst experience ever and I’d like a refund.
Tiarah HAll good, people very nice and friendly. Only issue is I had requested a utility dolly and they had none, saying that Uhaul is slow to provide them and they cannot get them. I had to chase off to another location to try and get one. Call them first to be sure they have what you need. Uhaul needs to not show accessories as available if they are not. This is no reflection on the dealer, only on Uhaul.
BRIAN DObtaining the key was challenging. It turned out that the key was stashed in the visor and not in the lockbox. This seems a little scary to me. What if someone made off with the truck before I arrived? I was unsure about the check out process, and wasn't prepared to capture all the photos at the end of the day. My phone died, and I was having problems getting it to charge. Now I know better for next time.

DAVID RThis location had the easiest pick-up and drop-off process that I've ever experienced. Usually, locations will insist on trying to add all those insurances that eventually double the price of the rental. I had zero of that here. There was a simple text message telling me that my trailer is ready after I filled out the online form, license upload, etc. I won't be using any others in the area as long as what I need is at this location.

James SWhen I picked up the truck, the fuel reading was 1/4 tank. When I returned it, I fueled up more than 1/4 of the tank and was still charged $37 for fuel. The label clearly said to fuel the truck up at the level you pick up. I fueled it up a bit more and still got charged. This is not acceptable

Makenzie DVan needed some maintenance work. Buttons missing on a/c controls. Metal divider behind drivers seat not properly secured. Person working for JR's said van was supposed to have been picked up for resale previously and that we were lucky to have a van at all due to shortage of vans.

Rachel RI was a little annoyed because I reserved a uhual from a location that was a mile away from me, and then the day I was supposed to pick it up they called me and said I had to get one from another location that was farther away. So that adde more miles for me and I have to pay $1,19 a mile. It was very inconvenient that I called the day of, and just a couple hours before I was supposed to pick it up

Candice CI ordered one dolly and was charged for two. The location I picked up says they didn't carry any equipment at all. Then was told to get key from box E when all boxes were labeled 1-5. Wasted a lot of time.

Jeanette BCalled the number to figure out pick up was send a message that said I'll call you back 20 minutes later no call back. Keys were not where they were supposed to be to locate them. Van was dirty and customer service was terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Brandi NI first rented, on line, from a small gas station with 2 trailers. It was a mistake to go forwrd with him. I found 3617 N. Main Street and She was great with setting me up with a trailer for a local rental. I reccomed her to everone!
