I was was over charged for the fuel I used like im some moron they charged me for 17L of gas when I only drove 43km making sure to to keep the fuel economy needle moderately low. Charging me for 10L would be somewhay understandable but charging for 17L when thats roughly a quarter of a tank when I used most likely just a little less than half of that is insane. I would recommend my friends and anyone I know to steer clear of these goofs!

simon sI couldn't get the app working on my phone and during driver registration the website threw an error (something with Azure). I messaged the location advising that I will have to complete the reservation in store due to technical issues. I promptly received a reply and got the help needed when I showed up. Worth mentioning that a U-Haul representative also replied to my email about the tech issues. Thank you all for a great service, much appreciated. Keep the human service alive, technology is not fail proof.

brenda JI was the first customer that day and the agent was training a new worker so the process took quite a bit longer than expected. If the training could have been completed on line or somewhere else or perhaps after office hours, there wouldn't be any delay for the customer.
Byron WI rented a trailer to haul my trike however I don't have enough clearance on the sides and didn't want to risk it, so I took it back the next day and got all my money back . Thank you for that. The person at desk was very nice and easy to deal with. kudos

Had to drive an extra 45 minutes to drop trailer.plus gas. Dispatch didn't help at all. they would not let me self drop off and claimed if I did and trailer was stolen that I would be responsible, not what u-haul sent me and not what I was told when I phoned a 1-888 number. There is a major disconnect between web site and what USA and Canada seem to find acceptable. Not satisfied at all
Larry LFire the kid whom was working Saturday April 29th, 2023 at the duncan location on Boys road. Uhaul was not available as promised and he told us that we had to figurenit out and walked away.

Allan WU-Haul's reservation system is pathetic. I reserved the 6x12 trailer about 4 weeks prior pick up. about 3 days prior pick-up I checked in on line. Day before pick up I have been informed that closest trailer is in Golden. WTF??? I understand U-Haul cannot guarantee availability in the location but sending me for the trailer all the way to the boarder is ridiculous. After while we found a Trailer on Vancouver island which cost me an additional $350 just to pick up. Very unhappy with the service and reservation system of U-Haul.

Darrell MNothing to change. The guy running the location site was filling in for someone on vacation and he was great. It had snowed almost 2 feet of snow the night before and he had it cleared off and ready to go so that I could ensure I could catch a ferry. Really great service.

Colin GEliminate the stress out of a one way rental by making sure the renter will have a trailer to complete their move and not leave them hanging til the day before the pick up day. I had to travel over 100 klms to pick up my trailer and fortunately because I was pushy and picked up my trailer 4 days early because dispatch felt bad that I had booked the unit in May. We were looking at leaving a lot of possessions behind if we didn't get the trailer. My daughter is on a limited budget for her move so renting a truck was not in the picture. A lot of stress was removed when we knew we were getting a trailer.
