Dplly MLocation phone service isn't the best so it was hard to do online. Also wasn't aware driver has to be setup first before starting online pick up. Just notes to be aware of!! However overall wonderful pickup

Steve CThe owner was on premises on New Year's Day during my drop off and even though not open assisted me in checking in the trailer. Very nice couple the owners of the drop off location.

Kenneth SIt took us three and a half hours before we were able to access the truck. At a point the truck would also not start so we had to jump-start it. This was the worst service ever.

Lori SI think uhal is a rip off, I did a pick up in raeford nc and was suppose to be a drop off in Aberdeen nc while the "contract" was a raeford to raeford drop off, when I called for a change the same day as the rental was pick up, they told me it was a 125$ fee and now they are trying to charge me 286$. Total rip off, employee don't know how to communicate with customer nor does management

Shelba UWhen using the app, make the payment piece last and have better wifi near location. You could also explain the app to the customer, so they don't think the payment is the end but then you have to take 10 more pictures.

Valerie PWhen I called to reserve a trailer and a hitch, I explained the type of car I had and what was needed. He asked whether I wanted to buy a hitch or rent one. I told him I needed to rent one. When I got there, I was told they do not have or install hitches. I had to rent a truck and a trailer so it cost me more money. The nearest place that installs hitches is in Fayetteville 50 miles away. The gentleman in the morning was very good. However, the one I talked to to reserve the trailer needs to be trained in what you have and do.
