Phone message to the business did not generate a response. I had expected an inspection of the trailer before leaving it there and briefly considered visiting another U-Haul dealer in the area. I'm surprised that unattended drop-offs are allowed. I did not like being placed in this position.
Charles EMaybe a sign closer to the road that directs you to where the uhauls are but the storage place was well marked. The lady was really nice amd efficient.

Frances WThe pick up location and the lady working there were exceptional. She was extremely helpful. Tiffany from your call-center had originally called me because the trailer was no longer available and they needed to move my pick up location to this location. And I needed to pick it up the night before and she promised me I wouldn't be charged any extra for it and when I got there, the lady told me I owed almost $130 for a one day rental. So Tiffany lied to me she called from a number in Lansing Michigan. It took the lady at the storage location a long time to fix the issue, but it wasn't her fault. She was extremely nice. Your call-center needs better training. They wasted a lot of both of our time.
JEFFREY SKalamazoo Storage Center has to best customer service, Jess Schurr was very informative. Before we left the site she highlighted and wrote down the number and website for road side assistance. We bought the warranty for the car dolly we rented witch came in handy. The equipment seemed to be in very good condition. On our travels the wheel and wheelbarring came off the dolly and flew down the expressway, we were stranded. We called the accident center and a wrecked was sent to our location. Our trip was supposed to be 4,5 hours but ended up being 9,5 hours. I commented that the equipment was well maintained when we left the site. I feel that the loss of the wheel was no reflection of the services provided by Kalamazoo Storage Center. Thank you Jess Schurr for the amazing service.

The owner was very friendly and helpful but I was in a hurry and she kept wanting to talk with me about non rental things, including very personal questions that I was not about to discuss with a stranger.

Paul WJessica (Jess) was so helpful and a delight to work with. She was patient and helpful as we realized that our lights connection for the trailer was not working properly. By the time we were able to fix the connection it was slightly past her closing time but she was very nice and used her own time to allow us to finish the hook-up. We got on the road thanks to her patience and outstanding help. Thank you again, Jess!!
Carol BI was not happy to find that when I returned the truck after the time that I was charged for a full second day. Even though when I asked in the morning if I could bring it back later, the girl at the desk said sure but never told me that it would be another days charge. Had I known that I would have brought it back on time. So I brought it back an hour later but was charged $90 more, even more than the first days charge! I will never rent from this location again and I feel your rep did a big disservice to me as a customer by not informing me of the additional charge. I know on the paperwork/email it says their "may" be additional fees if returned late but it doesn't say their absolutely will be. I find this ridiculous and I will definitely encourage people I know not to go here as I feel you are trying to cheat your customers out of hard earned money. Kim Moxley

In one case getting stuck on the step four screen and having to give up after 30 tries. If my wife hadn't been there I would not have been able to drop off using the internet site because it would not work on my newer phone.
AARON EMy drop off location was amazingly helpful considering the shenanigans and problems created by the pick-up location. Due to the professional person present behind the counter my experience with UHaul didn't end with unnecessary fees and fines being added to my account.

EVA OThere was a glitch in the 24/7 return to truck that had me go to one location first then switched locations when the process started meaning I had to drive an additional 3,5 miles. Otherwise everything was good.
Stefanie BThe store wasn't staffed during posted hours. Phone number didn't even work. Our truck was missing every single "extra" I requested and paid for - both dolly/handcarts and furniture pads. I couldn't get ahold of anyone from UHaul who could help, and no one was available at this site to assist in person. Very disappointing, and ended up costing me even more money because I needed to purchase my own hand cart AND pay for the ones I paid for that this site never delivered.

Sign in process and truck return process on the website takes more time than it should and I'm sure some customers would have a difficult time doing so.
