ROBERT LI dropped off the truck after hours with more fuel than I picked the truck up with, then got a $12,49 charge for 3 gallons of fuel. I have never returned a Uhaul vehicle with less than the required fuel level in over 3 yrs of use. I am not confident in the integrity of this location. I called twice to speak with the person in charge of the Uhaul rentals and they were conveniently not available, nor did they return my phone calls. Will NOT recommend this location to anyone for Uhaul rentals.

Jose MTruck wasn't clean but due to mix up with rental location's hours of operation Kalt Life helped us get on the road so very thankful for their services. Renting online is convenient but not when picking up truck at 8am but place is not open til 9am. It caused timely delays and we drove out of our way too.
Jean MNot the actual customer fault but I reserved this uhaul online weeks before so when I got to the location the price went up which made no sense bc I paid early like it suggested plus the hand truck and furniture dolly was removed. Inside the truck had crums where some ants made there way in. Sum it up paid extra when I picked up and equipment was taking away from me. Horrible!

Matthew BNot make them drive 45 minutes each way to pick up the equipment. Clean the vehicle, make sure the transmission is serviced, the AC works properly and the tie downs on the car carrier stay tight.

THOMAS GWebsite said our 10' Uhaul was guaranteed at Cedar Point Storage. When we got there, there was no Uhaul available. That guy called around for us and found one for us at Kalt Life. We got an email saying Uhaul confirmed a 15' truck at Kalt Life. At Kalt Life, they only had a 20'- which we got BUT it cost more all the way around. People were nice at both locations and did their best to help but your online reservation and guarantee aspect isn't worth the time I spent to book it.

Robert KGo over the trailer to make sure it was not damaged by previous renter and also to check tire pressures before renting it out . 2 of the 4 tires had 39 psi (the other 2 had 60).
SESHADRI CDon't change my reservation at the last minute causing me to drive an extra 140 miles and over 2 hours added to my trip and then think you're doing me a favor by granting me additional mileage (65 miles?). You should be giving me more than a $50 credit. I know your company is making money hand over fist cause of all the UPS fedex and amazon rentals. Don't forget who made you guys. The normal customer!!!!!!!!

GLENN AI scheduled a reservation with U-Haul a week before I wanted to use the service. I was informed, on the day of pickup, that my pickup location was over 30 minutes from my requested pickup. This added extra miles and, in turn, extra charges that were disappointing. More communication with the customers if there are any changes with their proposed reservation would be valued.
