Parking was hard but overall everything else was good!
ALICIA ZGreat service, very nice customer service person, but the safety chains were too tight. When originally installed, they were fairly tight so they were on the sides of the metal foot on the front of the trailer. But apparently the first time I drove over a bump, it put the car relative to trailer in a ^ position, which allowed the chains to fall below the foot, once the car relative to trailer went back to straight, the chains were so tight under the foot, they could not be moved, and I could not disconnect the trailer from the car. I had to go find a dip in the road to relax the tension on the chains, and then use a hammer to move the chains to the side again so I could loosen them. Older trailer, but very clean and towed well.
CAROL PThis is my go to location! The service is excellent. I would highly recommend this location, it's hidden in Santa Ana but conveniently located near the freeway and all businesses!

AVALANCHE ZI was transferred around d 3 times. When I did get my auto transport trailer the tie down/strap did not fit my tire because it had been ripped or cut by someone or something. I was delayed almost 1,5 hours trying to rig something so that I could actually use the trailer. Then I was charged for a second day because I didn't make it back in time because of the delay from the issue from the trailer.

THOMAS PI am not the greatest fan of current customer service practices. I still believe in personal contact. I can't tell you how many times my accounts have been hacked because I used someone's app.

ANDREA EThe location is cramped and the hours of operation are truncated. However, the agent onsite, Luis, is WONDERFUL. He took my reservation over the phone, answered all my questions, and presented with calm, which really helps on a stressful moving day. Further, he helped with a glitch on the final receipt after the moving day. He is a standup gentleman. I will not hesitate to send friends his way.
T BUnhappy, we ordered for a pick up close to home, in Huntington Beach. Then the we were told we had to drive to Santa Ana to get it. Very inconvenient.

ALEXANDER KI set an appointment but had to wait 30+ minutes for truck to be dropped off from previous customer. Mileage had to be disputed and even though I did the process as U-Haul asks, U-Haul still charged me for my mileage + the last person who used the truck's mileage. Will probably be my last time using uhaul, there is no reason for a wrongful charge. Even once I get my money back it's still a terrible system and won't use again

Stephen BI rented this trailer and the tire blew when the chain came loose from the frame. I couldn't get ahold of U-Haul and ended up paying $175 out of pocket and just returning it to the Stockton location a day late. The following day the person from the location I picked it up from began calling me at 7 am and texting me with profanity and insults. The fact U-Haul allows people like this to represent there company is ridiculous. I want a call from a supervisor and a full refund for the rental fee as well as reimbursement for the tire that should have been covered by the U-Haul insurance

CHRISTOPHER RImagine driving the U-haul i driven in with steering wheel off layment. Now godown the mountain path with that type of steering. The haul did it job perfect but having the steering wheel off really really sucks.

DENIS BI couldn't have asked for an easier, more convenient, and well-priced option for my rental needs. The van I reserved was available, ready for me and clean (unlike some Uhauls I've experienced in the past). That was really important, especially coming from Indiana to California. The reservation process was simple, and pick up and drop off were a breeze. I would absolutely recommend.
