Great pick up experience! I would just recommend that you clean the inside windshield for the trucks on a regular basis. The truck I rented had a hazy film on the inside which produced a glare when the sun was shining directly in the window later in the day. Other than that, I had a great experience and will use U-Haul again and would recommend this pick up location again as well!

I tried to use your website to make reservation and get insurance. It did not work. On the final step, I got error message. If you can't make it work, you might change it to a cost estimation tool rather than misleading your customers and having them waste their time. To find out who has the truck and trailer, I had to make a phone call.
