Kellys trailer world is an excellent place to pick up. Manager made sure all paperwork was completed correctly and ensured that the trailer I rented was connected right and ready for towing. Good experience. Great place to rent from.

Lisa PI spoke a couple of times on the phone to the manager/owner? Who was very nice and friendly. I had to drop off the trailer though after hours so I didn't interact with anyone at this location. We almost couldn't get the trailer off the ball since there wasn't a jack system to lift it so that was a very unpleasant experience! Esp. since it was after dark and no lights around.

Dorothy WI was charged for a 20 foot truck when I drove a 15 foot truck which is $10 difference a day. I was charged for four days when I only drove it three days which is at least a $39 extra charge altogether I was probably charged close to 49 or $59 more than I should've been.
Joel LCliff was an excellent businessman and helped us through renting the U-Haul truck with ease. He gave us helpful advice. Cliff and Kelly's trailer world actually had the truck there for us and was super dependable- unlike regular U-Haul locations where we've been left without a truck after reserving in advanced. So happy we picked up at this location VS an actual U-Haul storage place.

Dean DOne of the tires on the trailer I rented was not properly inflated and was going flat on the interstate during my trip. I had an inflator and corrected the problem. Make sure tires are properly inflated before renting a trailer

Christopher HDrop off location was over 30 minutes away from where I request adding an hour drive on to the back end of my rental. Between that and where I had to pick up the U-Haul added over 2 hours onto my time plus the cost of gas which is currently very expensive. No one was there when I dropped it off so I still have not been able to get reimbursed for the furniture pads I paid for and did not receive.

TASHAN BPerfect pickup/drop location. The gentleman was very courteous. The only issue was return. I could not get through to a representative on the phone for return. Eventually had to go online to do it. We sat on hold for 32 minutes on two different phones. We arrived for drop off at 8:05. We kept the phone on waiting for someone to answer and found the online return. That actually saved us money.
ZETA WI am disgusted with Uhaul. I called three times in the last week to verify that the truck would be available this Saturday and my husband got a call the day before that the truck had been double booked and whoever could get to the location quickestwould get the truck. It also took two hours to pick up the truck even though we had already checked in online with all of the necessary information
Steven Clack/shortage of vehicle and wait time for customer service is poor. I spent a total of 4 hrs. in wait time over a 2-day period. Very poor experience.
Carla SThere is no mobile service in the area for mobile pickup. It took 45 mins to complete the pickup thru uhaul.com. After using two different phones and driving to the parking lot across the street for one more bar, we finally got it. This caused me to arrive at my storage unit after they closed, in turn I could not return my truck on time.

paul cDrop off was easy. Answered a few questions about the move/truck and was on my way.
EUGENE AMy truck wasn't there. The shop was closed even though it was during business hours. I had to call and my reservation was redone to match the vehicle present and the customer service rep was Amazing. It took half an hour to resolve and I was on the road.
Nicole HI had rented for 2 days due to selling and buying at the same time and closings were on different days, closings didn't occur as expected. I was able to keep the truck for 5 extra days without issue! It was an Unexpected expense, but if I'd had to unpack the truck and turn it back in I would have lost my mind. Thank you for working with me!!
