I used this company because they called me and asked me to change my reservation from a u-haul company I had used before. I was moving and They asked me to try them to help put their business out in the community. Had I known I never would have used there one horrible truck. They really made my moving process unforgettable and not in a good way. If you ever receive a call from Kemps or U-Haul representative DON’T DO!!!
