JACQUELYN SYLTEThis was an absolute disaster of a pickup! The mobile app wasn't working as expected. So I fumbled around on the phone until I finally got someone to help. The truck looked like someone's dog lived in it for a few weeks and was disgusting. The gas was on 3/8 of a tank, meaning I had to fill it 1 hour into my trip. The requested pads and hand cart were not readily available so my wife had to drive across town to another location to get the pads, although they had no hand cart available. Horrible experience to say the least!

Sammy MartinezMake sure the trucks are road ready. We had the 2 front tire wore down to the steel core before reaching our destination. Preventive maintenance on this truck was obviously not done which could have ended into a seriouse situation

The information I was given about keeping the car IN NEUTRAL while towing , caused the truck to fishtail in a Surprise snowstorm Which nearly cost us our lives! Once I was able to google/YouTube CORRECT information , I had no trouble... when going to remove the trailer the tie downs were on upside down. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!
Virgina WallerClean the truck Have at least 1/4 fuel in it Have the correct starting mileage on the vehicle and when it’s pointed out that they are incorrect fix the entry
Peter TuiteWhen I mention the truck was very dirty, they came and swept it out. They neglected to take a clean cloth to the dashboard or other plastic surfaces. Somebody had obviously spilled pop or some other substance in there. Cup holders were gross. The the truck was poorly maintained as with only 64000+ miles it struggled to get out of first gear
Mary Michelle CoadyOnly one guy there (the owner/manager). Just getting into the Uhaul business and had no clue how to use technology or step through the screens on his computer or mobile device to check us out. What should have been a 10 minute deal took 40. Very frustrating.
Jason WrightThey were busy with the furniture stuff and you could tell the U-Haul portion was second on their agenda. Seemed like they didn't know the computer system that well. We ended up with the wrong equipment. The actual U-Haul customer service was awful.
