Uhaul was great and the online reservation system was great. I was able to prepare for my move completely via online. Both pick up and drop off locations were great to work with! The ONLY issue we had were the unloaders that until provided - VET Movers, Columbus OH. HORRIBLE service to us! They were late and 2 of the inloaders they provided were sources in Craig's list! NOT happy.

Frances SYou over charged me first of all...and there was ZERO customer service. No one was present to answer phone. No one there to receive the truck. I had zero instruction. I honestly think I should be discounted something for such utter inconvenience.
lorie lNo one was in the office. There was a sign on the door indicating the one guy there was working in the shop below. I had to call down to him and he told me just to leave the truck with the keys in it parked in front of the office.

Our lights weren't working when we tried to hook up the trailer and he came out in the dark and cold, getting under the hood of our truck, trying to help diagnose issue! When we realized we couldn't fix it, he happily put us in a truck instead. It was after hours by the time we left. We rent a lot of UHALS and have NEVER had service like this! Thank you! You saved our butts last night!

Eric SWhile the locations were fine, what was not at all fine was the checkin experience. The app failed multiple times on me, the checkin was unbelievable complicated and took significantly longer than I expected. My furniture pads and dolly were missing. I am a repeat customer for UHaul and this was the most frustrating process I have experienced.
Elizabeth HI dropped a trailer off after hours. The person on the phone when I called ahead was expecting my drop-off and clarified instructions. The unhitching of the trailer was difficult--the equipment could used a crank to stabilize when unhooking. I definitely could not have done this by myself.

Truly appreciated everything, even though we ended up moving the hottest day of the entire year! I think it was 103 and humid that day . I would rent from here all the time if there was a truck guarantee
