Verone VThe "Automatic Hydraulic Brakes" did not work,while the representative at Keys was pleasant, he tried pretty hard to convince me (a 30+ year Master Tech that owned a trailer business) that the trailer was only equipped with an " emergency break away lever attached to a chain" he clearly did not understand the equipment and claimed he "would have someone look at it"
KEVIN DNot happy with cleaning fee of $30 charged! I swept truck out and not a single piece of trash left in cab or truck other than basic dust from driving! Was not told at drop off but my card on file was charged!

JOSEPH OWe brought back a day early but Uhaul would not give credit back for the 'extra' day. Not a reflection of the pickup or drop-off locations, but Uhaul should refund the 'extra' day.

PETER BDropped off on Sunday. Never met anyone. The location was easy to get in and out of and everyone else has been friendly here so I would presume this location personnel is as well.

Margaret MThe location was average, no issues with the pick up. The trailer itself was in poor condition. The tie downs inside were coming off the wall on both the left and right sides and we were not able to secure our items as well as we wanted. After we picked up the trailer, there was an issue with the back left light and the bulb went out. We had UHaul roadside assistance come out and they did not have a spare bulb to fix it. They were able to get part of the light working by fiddling with the wire on the light fixture. The trailer had a lot of missing paint and rusted locking mechanism as well. I would recommend the location to a friend as there were no issues with the personnel, only the equipment.
