KENNETH SKillane and Sons was not my drop off location. But that was where the truck ended up. They did get things straightened out after UHauls enormous screw up. I returned to mini mall storage which is where it was supposed to go. A few days later I received threatening calls and text saying they were going to report it stolen. Somebody needs to make this right.

DAWN SI HAD TO CLEAN THE TRAILER BEFORE I COULD EVEN USE IT. IF THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE SPENT MORE TIME CONDUCTING BUISNESS THAN STARING AT MY WIFES ASS MAYBE IT WOULDN'T HAVE TAKING AN HOUR TALKING TO THE POLICE DEPT.

JESUS BI wanted to rent a cargo van there were none in my area a Representative called me and said they would give me a 10 foot truck and I said for how much and they said the same price as a cargo van a cargo van rents for 1995+ $.69 a mile I put 302 miles on the vehicle. Which would've been $208,39 plus the 1995 for the rental of the vehicle I was charged $370 which is $170 more than it should've been they gave me a $60 refund so I still paid $110 more than what I should've for the rental of the U-Haul this thing is a total rip off. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul to anyone and I will never rent another U-Haul.

JOE BSo to be blunt - these guys are the best !!! The attitude is one of what can we do to help you get your move done. Kind, courteous, just plain easy to deal with. No BS whatsoever. Totally enjoyed dealing with them. When I turned the truck in they were kind enough to give me a lift home. Compared to the other U-Haul dealer in our one horse town these guys shine hard and fast !!!
dave gThe truck was clean but it had an exhaust issue!! From the moment I drove off the sound was so loud! When we dropped it off the guy asked about it and I reported it was like that when I got it. I just thought it was normal, I've never driven a U-Haul before.

JERRY ANo contact with anyone but left the trailer as instructed by the sign in the window. We took plenty of pictures to prove we dropped the trailer off.
