I wanted to rent a cargo van there were none in my area a Representative called me and said they would give me a 10 foot truck and I said for how much and they said the same price as a cargo van a cargo van rents for 1995+ $.69 a mile I put 302 miles on the vehicle. Which would've been $208,39 plus the 1995 for the rental of the vehicle I was charged $370 which is $170 more than it should've been they gave me a $60 refund so I still paid $110 more than what I should've for the rental of the U-Haul this thing is a total rip off. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul to anyone and I will never rent another U-Haul.

This location was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a Uhaul dealer. And one was a former boss!! He really did an excellent job and was easy to work with and made the whole process seamless. Definitely representing the company well!!

So to be blunt - these guys are the best !!! The attitude is one of what can we do to help you get your move done. Kind, courteous, just plain easy to deal with. No BS whatsoever. Totally enjoyed dealing with them. When I turned the truck in they were kind enough to give me a lift home. Compared to the other U-Haul dealer in our one horse town these guys shine hard and fast !!!

The truck was clean but it had an exhaust issue!! From the moment I drove off the sound was so loud! When we dropped it off the guy asked about it and I reported it was like that when I got it. I just thought it was normal, I've never driven a U-Haul before.

The truck developed a leak in the passenger side rear drum. It did not effect the move, but was a concern.

No contact with anyone but left the trailer as instructed by the sign in the window. We took plenty of pictures to prove we dropped the trailer off.

I dont appreciate having to drive to two locations to get my equipment then get charged for extra miles. It's ridiculous I drove straight to my home loaded and then to my destination. I didn't go any place extra.

Tow dolly had a tail light taped in with electrical tape and it fell put half way through the trip. Also, the straps on the tow dolly did not like to stay locked down and had to stop every 100 miles to tighten them back up. At one point, one of the straps came completely off the wheel.
