im a loyal customer fpor many years and i have experienced a terrible experience i did mobile app pick up it was a nightmare took an hour and a lot of aggravation it was stuck all the time in addition the guy in the shop was nice but no knowledge on how to release me so i found my self with thc.service rep helping him understand im honestlly expecting a full refund it was horrible
