This was the alternate location. Not the original location for me guaranteed reservation.
DALE TLocation was very convenient and the agent was very friendly and helpful.
Larry AEverything went fine, except for major delays in computer service. Not UHauls fault. The location in my email showed Ocoee Storage and its address, not King Self Storage. This had me waiting at the wrong place for 30 minutes, until I got a call from the correct location.
Ronald SI would be hard pressed to find anything that could be improved. From the ease of setting up the reservation online, to picking up at the location, and Ms. Patty's efficient and friendly processing of the reservation, it was seamless and easy. There was a small hiccup, with a tire that went flat due to a bolt in the tire. Within 20 minutes, a gentleman arrived at the loading location and working on the tire. A temporary fix was accomplished, and the tire lasted to the drop off point for my stuff, and another gentleman swapped he damaged out for a new one. Everyone was professional and friendly, and made what could have been a disaster into a just an example of the outstanding quality of folks hired by U Haul.
Amanda MWould recommend lighting in the rear of building so you can see to return the trailers after hours. It's very dark. Thank you

Walter CSeems as though there was miscommunication regarding the payment. I placed the order, gave my credit card, then when the driver picks up the truck at an alternative location from origination, King Self Storage charged it on the driver's Credit card. PART 2 - The truck was supposed to be picked up at Rhodes Storage in Athens and somehow the truck assigned to us was given to another person. So, we had to drive extra miles to Etowah and return to this location creating extra miles. U-Haul apologized for the inconvenience saying they would give me a $50 credit. I still have not received notification of this credit. I am please with U-Haul, but disappointed in the overall handling of this transaction.

Daniel QWait till the customer is inside and go over the reservation before just charging my card. It had the wrong drop off location. This could have easily been fixed. Now I have a bill when I shouldn't.

Angelica MShocking experience. Friendly staff but everything else horrible. Got truck half hour late because they couldn't unlock truck so eventually have me bigger truck than I wanted. I wanted truck to seat 3 but middle buckle was missing. Charged me for fuel when I returned with more than I started with. Called me about a lock which there was none. Then I got another call about me breaking a lock on original truck that I never got. Unbelievably unprofessional. I love uhaul but this location I will never use again. What a joke. Please refund me the fuel charge. ASAP. Plus the 50 dollars you guarantee if I don't get right equipment or on time. I am curious
