Nothing really. We got there and Kenny was warming up the truck. It was cold and rainy that morning. He was very kind and made the process so easy!

Heather R.There actual gasoline in the truck was about 8-10 gallons less than the owner/agent listed on the contract. Obviously I ended up footing the bill when I filled the truck up. I'll pay double to use Penske for all future needs.

thomas B.If you have a sign that clearly states, all customers must wear a mask, then they should enforce the policy. None of the employees or customers were wearing a mask. I will choose a different location next time but the lady was friendly.

Tracey W.The parking was packed and I had to do some tight maneuvers to get the truck in there. The employees didn't even know where all of the cars were that were blocking me. They just said to go outside and park in a spot that was blocked off by another car.
Wesley Pearce R.I had scheduled a time to pick up my U-Haul ahead of time on the web site. I received an email saying it was ready to be picked up at the scheduled time. When I arrived, the door to the business said they were out and to call a number, which was odd, but staff was present. They didn't have their tablet charged and didn't seem to know how to use it. I did not take a photo of my diver's license because it said it could be done at pick up. They couldn't figure out how to do it and had me go on my phone to do it, and told me I should have done it myself before. It wasn't a very friendly experience. They didn't tell me anything about the truck, just gave me the keys and said it was outside.

Rob F.No one was there when I dropped off the equipment at 11am on July 25th, 2019, which is when my rental agreement told me to be back by. So I left the keys and contract at the store in the drop box, but it was not received until 4pm. I was then charged an extra $60 for the lack of communication from the store. I will be going to the store to try and get a refund. However, this place needs to be looked into.

Received email about a $3,46 charge, called 240-284-4014 to ask, the man said hello in a nasty voice ( no company name just hello ) and was extremely rude, when I questioned him about charging the 3,46 to another CC, he was rude and said he did not know how and paused, then a dial tone. SAD customer service for college kids and family. Did not feel comfortable in that parking lot either for DROP OFF.

Privacy R. | Premières impressionsI can`t move in some items bc I can`t use a handtruck on the icy path. I recommend to look at the unit FIRST, to make sure they can get their stuff moved in, bc the path is narrow on a grade.
