Staff was courteous and respectful. The weather was cold that day, and they had my truck ready and warm on the inside. My only advice is widen the entrance. Other than that, fantastic experience!

ODELL RI booked dolly and appliance but during pick up they said it's not available. If they inform me early I could manage alternative. I faced difficulties with shifting because of this.

LARRY FIt was fast to drop off and turn it over, the only thing is it seemed sketchy at first since the helper received me at parking lot. Sketchy meaning no Uhual shirt or kiosk, just a man standing waiting to help. He asked to take over to drive it, what made me at ease is him using uhual app and sending receipt to my email.

melody wThe first truck did not have ac. The second vehicle key could not unlock the doors on the U-Haul which caused a four hour + wait in the sun of a temperature of 96 degrees +.
laura meverybody was helpful, answered all my questions and gave me the help i needed. They had a great attitude and i had no problems at all. the only thing i didn't like was having to drive to Starkville instead of picking it up in Macon where I originally placed the order on line and was not told till 2-3 days later I had to change locations if I wanted the truck and trailer.
Lloyd PKevin took great care of me. Highly recommend this location and will use them the next time I need a U-Haul.
David DNot happy with drop off! We were not told there was a charge for mileage! Never once did they mention additional charge for mileage and it was a lot of extra money! Not satisfied!
Angela BEmployees need to check oil life and all the systems before allowing a customer to use the car. The car, a Chevrolet Malibu, was given to me with an oil life of 19 % and no windshield fluid. How are we suppose to rent a car and travel in these conditions. It's merely impossible for a week. We are afraid of traveling long distances because of the oil life.

Darren NThe pickup I had was not clean. There was clothing and garbage left behind the seat from a previous renter. Also the passenger side mirror was broken and taped up, which restricted visibility. The pickup and return process was good though.

Jerry TThe customer service was absolutely amazing! And I have rented from them before and had the same experience. However, they rented me a Uhaul that had a broken driver side mirror. It was held together by tape. I didn't realize until to was too late. They did not inform me, nor did they acknowledge it at all. I drove on the highway, to merge right, I had to roll down the window. Then, I had to stick my arm out to physically adjust the mirror. It would then automatically in once I let it go and I had no view of the right side behind me the whole time. That is incredibly, incredibly dangerous. It was also pouring rain. I thank God that nothing happened.

SARAH FI originally rented from your West Point, Ms location but your Jackson office called me and said I had to go to this location since West Point wasn't open on Sundays. I asked for compensation since I would have to go 15 miles to get this truck. Felicia and Alicia (manager) was extremely rude and basically told me if I wanted to rent a truck this was my only option. They also told me that Uhaul offered no compensation for my issue. If it wasn't for Ms Moreland, (owner) at the Starkville location, I would chalk this up to my very last time using Uhaul. Customer service certainly isn't Felicia or Alicia's calling. They were basically insulting to me and my needs in renting a truck. Ms Moreland was awesome and very understanding. The location was very clean and easy to find.
