My order was placed on line the way I wanted it. My daughter went to pick up the truck because i unexpectedly had to go to the hospital. The gentleman went into the reservation and changed everything adding fee himself. Very very disappointed was also charged. 55 cleaning fee. I knew uhal was capable of this so I purposely tried to avoid it. I did not expect the reservation to be completely altered. Uhal makes every effort possible to charge customers extra fees and places the customer in a position of either begging them to return your money or the customer gets so mad they want nothing to do with them. Very very disappointed

Harold WEnsure the gas hands are where they are ment to be. I'm being charged for not refilling gas to half a tank when it wasn't there when I received it. If they aren't going to fill it to a certain point when someone else returns it improperly, then they shouldn't charge the next person to rent it for that past renter and company mistake for not ensure all was correct.

Bradley LNot a thing! Mr. Knight personally made sure that I had a 26ft u-haul for my out of state move after other locations promised the world and almost left me stuck without a moving truck. Mr. Knight let me know when the truck made it to his lot to assure me that my move would go smoothly. I will make sure everyone I know uses this location to pick up and drop off their trucks.

ROBERT PThe best thing you could do would be close this is a U-Haul location. I was forced to use this after I made the reservation somewhere else. I made the reservation somewhere else because I specifically didn't want to deal with them, they don't know anything about the product, how to rent, how to deal with insurance, or customer service!
David HRented a dolly online but there wasn't one available at the store. There should be a way for uhaul to know what's at the store so that customers can avoid paying for an item and expecting it to be available when it's not. Knight furniture was very nice. Uhaul truck was very clean.

daniel gRegarding Mr. Knight, there is nothing you can do to improve for the next customer. My wife and I have been dealing with issue after issue for the last year trying to moving. Every step of the way has been a massive hurdle with continuous let downs and surprises. The UHaul rental from Mr Knight was the only easy, seem-less, bright spot of this year long struggle. I highly recommend him to all residence in need of service.
