We were suppose to pick up in another location at another time. This was the only place with size we needed. We told them we dropping off in another location and we were told we were not allowed. Also that we had to have the truck back by 7 am! Not Noon like we ordered. Complete debacle and will NEVER RENT UHAUL AGAIN

This location and the employee was very friendly and accommodating us to the TERRIBLE experience UHAUL provided during this move. Our first location did not provide the truck that I reserved. They left the keys inside the building and were closed. UHAUL conducting business with this kind of place is completely pathetic. I was literally moving that day and had to scramble to find a new truck in a new location and completely out of my way. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. Truly awful.

The staff can be curt at times. It's also a convenience store, so you don't get the same undivided attention you would at a dedicated UHaul facility. They don't have supplies readily on hand like a dedicated facility either. Also, there's a lack of coordination between the actual locations and the main corporate switchboard. This was the second truck rented for my move. For the first one, I specifically requested the truck be charged to my credit card when my nephew picked it up. The rep from the main corporate number made a note on the reservation and said it would be now problem. When my nephew arrived, he had to pay for the truck. When I came back later to see if I could have the charge reversed and put in my name, the person was rather rude about it. She said no, I'd have to call corporate. In both instances, the trucks worked fine and were clean.

The young woman working the desk/register was first rate and really hustled to get everyone taken care of quickly. I was impressed with her—good employee.

Customer service at this location was good- better than I decided trying to call the U-Haul hell line. The truck itself was not in good condition.

I would like to see an easier approval process to pick up the truck. Mine took around 20 mins today and I had to wait at the pick up place. The time lost was not extended from my scheduled return time.

We didn’t have a dolly but by the time we realized, we were sidewalk deep on a heavy dresser (haha) so maybe just attention to detail; however, they were more than accommodating in taking it off our bill and apologized profusely. The DIY check in and out was a nice aspect but it was kind of tedious. That being said, I totally get every part of it; maybe just send a email letting guests know what to expect. There very well could have been one and I missed it. I was kind of a one-lady show at the registers, but they handled it so well. Overall, awesome customer service and I’m really happy with the Uhaul experience.

The locations of pickup and drop off were great and the people were nice but the phone customer service was insanely bad. The girl on the phone with me said “ugh Jesus” when I asked a question as she tried to rush me off. Check the phone recordings, she needs to be looked into.

I never rented this U-Haul truck. I made a reservation and someone came in and took my reservation leaving me and my husband with no truck on our move-out day. We had to rent a truck from Enterprise costing us more money and I had to pay our scheduled movers while they waited for us to find another truck. The store clerk claimed that he said he was me in order to get my reservation. Why would they not have checked his ID? My information was compromised as I received a receipt through my email for this rental with all of my information on it including this man’s first name but he used my last name. This completely incompetent staff gave this man my last name and let him sign off on the paperwork with it. I would like a call back or email regarding this.
