I had to call to get the code for the lock and the same happened to another person when I was dropping off. App is slow to load.

Trouble locating the place. Was expecting a traditional UHaul location. Customer service person who I spoke with regarding my location change did not mention I would be checking out the truck all on my phone and no one would be there to assist

CORNELIA DHorrible expereince. Waited in the heat for over 30 minutes trying to get into the vehicle. The pre-call was not informative, there was no mention of needing to complete paperwork online. The site did not have anyone working and it took 30 minutes to reach someone and it was combative once I did. I would not recommend this experience. I specifically went to one of Arizona's largest facilities, then was moved to another facility to pick up the vehicle. I thought it would be seamless but the location i was moved to was awful. Additionally, I was promised $81 off my transaction, then the regional manager assured me this. I said I wanted an additional $200 off the price and was promised that the team would "open it in their system, but it's another group" to which I said "will I be sent a tracking number so I know that it was submitted?" and they replied yes. Not only did I get charged the full amount, but I also never received the promised case for an additional $200 off. This was a lie and I feel like that really stepped over the line for me.
Clay OMy truck was not there when I got there. There was another truck there with the whole back open and was dirty. We could not get into it because it was a different truck than the number they were telling us. We waited on hold for 45 minutes to get a customer service rep to help us. We desperately needed a dolly and had paid for one upfront along with furniture pads, and that was not in the truck. There were no pre-instructions given at all. Also, we didn't want this location, but someone had called us a few days previous from U-Haul on Friday night and said there were no trucks at the North Scottsdale location. Then I ended up having to go back to the North Scottsdale location and there were like 60 trucks there I'm not sure why I had to go to this little residential area with only two trucks and they both were the wrong trucks. and no equipment that we ordered. We spent over 45 minutes trying to get the truck open with the lady and then nothing was in there and we're still charged for it so I need to call tomorrow to figure it out because my invoice is incorrect.
Angela MThis location was very hard to find. There was not a U-Haul sign by the road entrance. There also was no office that I could find so nobody to ask questions to.
