The 10' box truck was clean however the right front low pressure light sensor was on when I went to start it. Which they aired up. I asked the tech it it had a nail in it and he said no.. Well that led to a flat tire about 40 miles later. Which also caused a 2hr delay for it to be repaired.. then the sensor light stayed on even with the new tire. The repair tech did not have a new sensor for it. The a/c would cool for about 15min then it would blast hot air for a few minutes then back to cool airKYLE K.

I went on Wednesday rented a truck. Great service clean truck. I went on Friday , 2 days later and service was horrible. The lube/Auto place where this Uhaul is was extremely busy cars everywhere. I barely got a look but the guys looked at my phone and said here are your keys sir. You are good to go. I left started moving and Uhaul calls to inform me that my truck was not picked up. I said excuse me I'm using it and moving right now. The lady said you don't dhow checked out. After 15 minutes she was able to charge my card and fix. It I just knew that when I returned the truck things would not be right. I checked in the guy took my keys and said you are good to go we will check you in. I said no way I'm calling Uhaul to inform them when I returned the truck time wise. They noted but sure enough I got double charged. The return time was wrong. I had to call back and get my credit for the over charged. Not to mention I had to sweep the inside of the truck myself. One day good. 2 days later horrible. Go figure!ROBERTO A.

Lancaster Street Fort Worth Texas 76103 at phone number 817-534-0072 cell 817-880-2683 email@example.com for refusing to rent me a van ,and acuse me of wanting steal it. And telling me i got give him a reference from a family member or friends phone number to rent when i had given proper state id and bank card account information to him and after i had even rented a truck and trailer 2 wheel Dolly before without incident or any issues and he treated me poorly and refused me service when i came in his location on monday march 21st around 7:30 am .For that discrimination and refusal of service i had go way out my area where i live and go all way over to the university drive area of fort worth to rent a pickup truck instead and it cost me more time and had pay for a lyft ride over there to rent and this caused me inconvenience and emotional trauma due to his discrimination and demanding i get relative references and phone numbers to rent when i have no police record for theft and hold a texas security level 2 license from texas to perform security in the republic of texas . And he giving me a hard time over rent a van when all my relatives live out of state and i had a good history of local rentals in my home state in Lexington ky for years before i moved to texas , plus i served in the military here in Texas way before i moved back to texas and he is treating me like a criminal when i came in his store to rent a van yesterday, thats why i want customer service to call me so i can make a customer complaint on Mr. STEVEN MORGAN WHO RUNS THE STORE AT 5032 EAST LANCASTER STREET IN FORT WORTH TEXAS.Gary N.

I have rented with U-Haul many times with 4 kids in college and now in apartments. This was the worse experience I have ever had! The manager did not listen to me and did not do a final walk thru with me as I had signed up to do vs using the mobile app. He said I was not listening to him. The service was slow. The truck was dirty. The agent was not pleasant. I waited 20 minutes after arrival at my scheduled pick up time to be assisted. The attendant asked me multiple questions I had already answered online in my reservation. The truck was dirty, inside and out. Upon starting the engine, the truck had less fuel in it than was indicated on the paper I had justbeen asked to sign indicating how much fuel was there to start off. The attendant, at pick up and return the same person, did not welcome me into the shop, thank me for my business, or smile at any time during either exchange. The van worked just fine and was a reasonable value for the money, but I believe I'll drive past this U-Haul location to Home Depot the next time I need to rent a vehicle to move stuff around.JAMES A.

There was dog hair on the floor of the passenger side and it was a very old, very basic moving truck..roll down windows, etc. That said, we only needed it for a few hours to drive a short distance to transport furniture from a storage unit to donation centers..so for the price, about $65 (rental, 20 miles, and $7 dolly rental) it was just fine for usADAM B.
This was a easy place to get a truck. THe only thing was the back was not clean after someone hauling plants and dirt. Everything else was perfect.CHARLES G.
This comment has nothing to do with the rental pick up location. The self-check is not how I expected it to be. I didn't like the process of taking pictures of my driver's license and passport card and I had to give a trusted person's name and number for verification purposes is too much. When I returned the vehicle, because I had a previos bad experience with another location in which they charged me for gas when I actually brought it the same way that I took it, I asked this time to check the gas in the vehicle that I brought back. It took them 30 minutes to do it. They don't give importance to the Uhaul customers, they were taking care of all the oil change and inspection customers while ignoring me. I gave them a bad review in Google and you, as a corporation should check to whom do you franchise to provide your services.Pedro R.

Not take 25 minutes to do a pickup when everything had been done beforehand online. I needed a quick in and out. Got a truck with a nail in a tire that I had to keep stopping to fill and check. Asked for a discount and was insulted by getting a $5 refund even after notifying them I left them a truck with more gas than I was given and spent more than that in mileage, time and air to get to gas stations to make sure I didn't break down with my 5 hour rentalStacey M.

The person in charge, "James," was constantly busy with customers from his main business (Kwik Kar auto repair), so I felt like a second-class citizen and like my business was not valued. His assistant, "John," was more helpful. Also, using the new UHaul "contactless" portal was cumbersome (the portal would hang because I could not get a good cell phone signal inside the Kwik Kar store, and had to try multiple times).Diego B.

The location is super convenient for those living in the Ft Worth downtown area. Pick up and drop up are well serviced - th only limitation in my experience was access to a clean Van - in comparison to my previous rental (different location), this can wasn't clean (it wasn't super dirty either). I guess this is due to the location not been an UHaul office. I'll be returning here in the future whenever I need a van againAldo M.
