Back of a convenient store. The clerk running the store was also handling the return. Very nice but you could tell she didn't know a lot Called 5 times trying to talk to someone before I dropped the trailer off. Voicemail every time. The last time I called, voicemail, went inside and found out she was running the uhaul deal.James M.

Customer Service at U-Haul were contacted re a change in location of the drop-off and we were told that the 3rd Street location would be much closer and drop-off there would be fine. The truck was taken there on time - TUESDAY, MAY 25. The person at the desk said to park it in the back, which was done. However, no receipt was given and calls were received on Thursday from your HQ asking where the truck was! They were told the truck had been returned on Tuesday at the 3rd Streed location. However, later on Thursday, May 27, a receipt was received via e-mail indicating the truck wasn't returned until the 27th, so two days and a charge of 80 $resulted. Make sure your employees give a receipt at the time equipment is returned --- and PLEASE REMOVE THE ADDITIONAL 80 $FROM MY CREDIT CARD.WILLIAM E.

The vehicle smelled like dogs and was visibly dirty on the inside. A tire alert notification was lit up in the dashboard and the tires were making noises. Also, I was charged twice and will need someone to credit me ASAP.Connie C.
