I originally had arranged pick up at your Paris st location in Sudbury Ontario as it was close to our residence and destination. Unfortunately no one showed up so I had to drive 6 km or half hour during rush hours to another site, Kwikway. The representative there was very helpful and apologetic for the stress caused from the other Uhaul location. I had a team of movers waiting about an hour due the delay. Not the best customer service experience and expense. Fred T

When I needed extra days for the truck uhaul was there for me. Thank you uhaul, and the uhaul representatives were kind, understanding and professional.

This gentleman arranged for the extra mileage charge to be waived after I told him what I had gone through during the rental time.

The foot was not swept in truck very dirty outside of truck was very dirty. The gentleman in the store was very kind and respectful and helpful

Last rental had left a few small pieces inside, unit not clean but we live in the north so not easy this time of year. The safety chains require immediate replacement, have been rubbing on the road and are worn almost all of the way through.

It was a seamless experience and I would not hesitate to use this Uhaul ocation in the future. In fact... even the conference store was a pleasant surprise: so clean and full of unique candy and beverages. 10/10

Well done. The remote pick up feature through the phone does take some time but it is navigable if you follow the instructions. The fellow at the counter at QuickWay was helpful.

My initial booking for a 15' truck was at Kwikway in Val Caron and not Cambrian Heights. When i arrived in Val Caron the equipment was not returned by the previous person. The U-hual personnel assisted in finding another truck in our vicinity, which was very helpful. What was not helpful is that that i had to drive all the way back to the new location to return this truck when i originally planned to drop it off at my originally planned pick up spot - Val Caron. The staff was not able to accommodate me

The uhaul check-in using cellphone and related phose service was absolutely horrible. The location was fine.

This whole experience was less than ideal. Nothing was made clear there was no real worker to assist or guide the situation. No one to clearly explain charges or what could be done. Needless to say I will not be recommending nor using your services moving forward.

I was a little concerned with some of the damage on the truck I rented. Some of it was noted with little "X" stickers but some was not. Besides that the unit worked very well and was in good operating order.

Well that was the third location I was sent to to get the vehicle. The call center management did figure things out after two phone calls and 45 minutes on the phone. Also stated I would see a credit for the inconvenience, but never seen it. But the final and drop off pickup location was excellent.

In attempting to do the complete the self check out, the drop off location was changed last minute, so I had to come to this location. The staff here were very helpful and understanding and were able to help me close out the transaction smoothly.

The accessories that I had ordered (dollies, hand truck, etc.) were not available when I picked up the truck, which caused a great deal of inconvenience when I moved items.

They didn't close our rental until Monday Dec12, even though we returned the truck on the 8th. I had to call head office as they were not answering their phone.

The store owner was amazing your corporation is horrible. Gave away my reservation and didn't compensate properly. Treated me terrible and left my family without the ability to move because you gave my 26foot truck to someone else and lied to me about it being in an Accident. Highly recommending to everyone I know not to use your services

First the truck could have had the snow cleaned off of it so that it would be ready to go at my pickup time. I initially had a tow dolly on order 2 weeks previous to the trip and was told the day before that it was an hour and a half away!!! The furniture dolly got rented out to someone else so I didn't get one at all!! The pick up place got changed at the last minute so it cost me more for a taxi to get me there. The truck itself had transmission problems...wasn't shifting properly. Had to fill up the truck because they start off just a little over a quarter full then you have to try to have it back at that level when you return it!!! That makes No sense at all. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I will Never rent from this company again!!
