I already wrote a bad review for my experience with this location. This location is a poor representation for uhaul. They disregarded my pickup appointment and told me to come back in an hour because they were going to lunch. Owner said his health was more important than the $15 he would make from completing my rental as scheduled. Terrible customer service.

I feel overall that Kyle's was a great place to pick up the UHaul. He made sure to get me a newer truck so that I was less likely to have any maintenance issues for my long drive to Idaho. My trip went smoothly and with the help of a friend we did some sight seeing along the way and still arrived a day earlier than planned. Thanks Kyle.

24/7 online return did not work. Dropped the truck off Sunday evening and went back to Kyle's Kwik Lube on Monday to make sure all was ok. Online check-in needs to be fixed, otherwise don't offer it.

Location was fine. Problem was that it was about 40 miles/45 minutes from the location on the reservation confirmed a week earlier. Apparently there's something in the fine print that says "reservation" doesn't mean you get it where you want it but "at the nearest available location."

On a Saturday when I came to drop off the trailer per contract there was only a teenager their who saw his job as pumping gas only. Said he couldn't help with UHaul "just put paperwork in after hours slot". I had to back the trailer [not a great skill] into it's parking space so had to call my husband to come do this. Maybe not the responsiblity of the UHaul Center but.....

they charged me $7.50 for gas even though I did replace the gas. They said the gauge. Looked lower. Be fair!

I did not check odometer reading when I took the truck out, and the attendant didnt mention it. Consequently I was overcharged mileage by 43 miles.

The recipient said to come back at one o'clock if I wanted a receipt. Because around 11:30 am to 1:00 their very busy pumping gas and service vehicles.And it was very busy.But my contract said I had 24 hours or I would have to pay extra.The U Haul truck was back at 11:40 am July 6,2017. Plus the gas mileage I paid was for 100 miles if you look at the receipt you'll see. I expect to have a refund of 16 miles owed back to my card from the $131.00 dollars I paid. You can refund my card $10.00 Please! Thank You for your services.

The location and people are fine. U-Haul on the other hand is poor. I went online and got a quote so I could plan for our trip. The quote was $136.00. When I picked up the dolly the bill was $468.00. When everything was said and done I was soaked almost $600.00 it was to late to cancel or reorganize the trip.

Took 40 min for the paperwork to be done right, even though I reserved the truck 1 1/2 weeks earlier. I feel like the paperwork should have been ready not started from scratch when I arrived for pickup.

My comments have nothing to do with the two locations. They were just fine. The problem was the telephone reservationists. They were unable to get the reservation correct. I called on 5 different occasions in the weeks leading up to the move, and I discovered the reservation to be incorrect Every Time. And then, the day of the move, I'm told that I have to drive to the Canadian Border. This added 3-4 hours to my day. And caused me to have an extra day with the truck. And why? I discover that the site where I intended to pick up the truck in St. Johnsbury is closed on Sundays. Really? At no point when I'm making the reservation or the 5 times that I called to confirm it does anyone at U-Haul notice that the place is closed on Sunday? Not good. Ridiculous in fact, that on my moving day I lose 4 hours. When I get to Derby, Vermont, guess what? The reservation in the computer is completely wrong. Amazing. So the one person working in that gas station had to input all of the info from scratch. She was interrupted every 45 seconds, and the whole process took almost an hour. The people I dealt with at the two locations? Great. U-Haul's business model? Horrible. The quality of the reservation process? Incompetent.

Certainly not the fault of the good folks at Kyle's, but rather with U-Haul in general. I stopped in early morning to reserve a truck for later in the afternoon. Filled out all the paperwork including CC info only to find out when I arrived to pick up the truck, all the information had to be filled out again. I was hoping to just pick up the truck and go. U-Haul... You need to make this a smoother transition from reservation to rental especially if you are going to require all personal/financial data to just reserve a vehicle.
