This location is not in a safe area and it is unclear what a customer is supposed to do upon arrival. On top of that, the dolly and moving pads I rented were not provided. I am very upset and will use other truck rental services in the future.

Make it a little easier to talk to somebody and not be transferred five times. The person that tended the site and Lakeland Georgia where we picked the U-Haul up was wonderful

There is nothing to improve at the 4800 location not is there anything to change at the Lakeland location. Service was amazing, truck was clean, manager was the sweetest. I went to the first location 4800 bemiss Rd Valdosta GA 31605. The manager was a sweet heart. the trucks were all booked the first day the next day the trucks 2 of the trucks were down. The manager sent me to Lakeland ga.

I tried to locate the person on the phone and it said they were not accepting any calls. Call the 24/7 number and had to get their assistance. When I did get to talk to someone they said that they were going to call me back in 15 minutes and no never called me back. This is the worse service I have ever experienced in my life.
